(2024-07-02) Around Stac Pollaidh. Too wet and windy to climb to the ridge and summit, but a great walk around the hill. Started and finished at the car park. Walked around the path anti-clockwise. Good path all the way. Even for such a short walk (4.5km) there is a significant climb (435m). Just enough for the weather.

Dies ist Sgorr Tuath, ein Berg direkt hinter dem Loch Lurgainn in Schottland. Fotografiert vom Gipfel des Stac Pollaidh, von dem aus @greenshadesofred und ich eigentlich den Sonnenuntergang fotografieren wollten. Ich lasse hierbei unerwähnt, dass auf dem Rückweg alles stockeduster war und wir vor lauter Matsch den Pfad kaum finden konnten. Ebenso schreibe ich nichts zu den knöcheltiefen Pfützen, in denen unsere Schuhe versanken oder dem einsetzenden Regen zum Ende der Route.
