To increase the speed and maneuverability of his personal A-wing, he made a number of modifications, the most dangerous, being the removal of the life support systems. Because of this, when he flies, Bart must wear a full protective suit, full helmet, and have his own oxygen supply.

Cassie Sandsmark: Born in 0BBY like many other young force sensitives, Diana encountered her by chance, and upon sensing her potential she took Cassie as an apprentice. Growing up after the downfall of the Jedi, Cassie had heard stories of them and was eager to become one, sometimes too eager at times.

Tim Drake: A genius slicer, Tim grew up in the middle levels of Coruscant. However ,after the Destruction of Alderaan,he realized he had to join the fight. He spent months tracking down the Rebel Cell rumored to be on Coruscant. This led him to the Starbird movement,a group of teenagers who spoke out against the Empire. When the Empire cracked down on this cell, his parents were found and captured, leaving the cell broken and Tim on his own. Bruce and his Cell tool in those remaining Rebels, training or relocating them as needed. Following his Creed, Bruce took Tim in, helping him force a set of his own armor, with the end goal of freeing Tim's parents.

Kon-El: An unmodified clone raised in the secret project ‘Match’ on Kamino. He and “Kon-El Prime” were part of one of the first experiments to make Force sensitive clones. Kon was an incomplete clone though. Despite the Kaminoans best efforts, like most other Force sensitive clones, Kon was only able to use telekinetic abilities, and he regularly had to tap into his anger and rage to use said abilities, but with training has been relying less and less on the Dark Side.

Cassandra Cain: The daughter of a Mandalorian Traditionalist, Cassandra’s father raised her as the Mandalorians of old, hoping to raise her to be the perfect Mandalorian warrior and bounty hunter. As she got older, Cassandra came to the realization that she wanted to protect people, not kill for money or glory, and when it came time for her to first kill someone, she couldn’t do it and was disowned by her father. She was eventually found and taken in by Senator Wayne, and wants to fight the Empire to protect people. However, she will only ever use a stun bolt on a blaster, but her fighting skill more than makes up for her non-lethal methods.

Minerrva: A former Zygerrian slaver, Minerrva was known for enslaving Jedi, until Diana tracked her down and broke up her operation. Since then, Minerrva has vowed to kill Diana. In her hunt, she allied herself with Grail, ditching her Zygerrian whip and learning to use a lightsaber with the proficiency of a Jedi.

Dru-Zod: Kal-El’s former master, Dru-Zod, was expelled from the Jedi Order after the Council discovered he was studying the teachings of the Dark Side. After the fall of the Republic and the Jedi Order, Zod returned to join the Inquisitorius.

F.E.A.R Troopers (First Elite Armored Regiment): Formed by Thaal Sinestro, a former member of the Lantern Squad. When the Republic became the Empire, Sinestro and a number of members of Lantern Squad defected and joined the Empire, instead of fighting against them. They’re distinguished by the yellow markings on their armor, which is made of more durable material than standard Stormtrooper plastoid armor. Due to the experimental and expensive armor these Troopers wear, when one falls in combat, his body is taken and his armor stripped, to be given to the next member to join the regiment. (For Green Lantern fans, yes, this is inspired by the rings getting a new host after the previous one dies)

Kon-El "Prime": A young force sensitive child, taken before the Jedi Order found him, Kon-El was the source DNA for the Kaminoan project ‘Match’. He referred to himself as “Prime” around his clone. However, his whole past is a lie. He is also a clone. Both Kon-Els are clones of Jedi Master Kal-El. “Prime” was regularly experimented on because despite being a clone created at the same time as the other Kon, he developed all the abilities of the Force. Upon finding out he was a clone and that his childhood was a lie, Prime snapped and tried to kill his Kaminoan handlers. He began serving Governor Luthor after falling for Luthor's lies that the other Kon-El was responsible for seemingly ruining Prime's life.

"Shh!" "Sabine, I don't think this is -" "Shush!" "But I can't see -" "Be quiet!" Tristan stumbled forwards, his bare feet slapping the cold tiles, reaching out for the light switch. He touched the wall, and his fingers brushed the panel by the door. He fumbled for the right button, and white light flooded the throne room. Sabine beamed up at him and pushed her armful of spray cans into his arms. "Hold these." She padded up to the throne, quickly and quietly with all the grace of a five-year old on a mission, and reached behind it. She grunted awkwardly and pulled out a canvas, as wide as herself and two times taller. She yelped and began to topple. Tristan placed the cans on the floor and rushed to help her. "Were do we put it?" he whispered. "In the middle," she replied, considerably louder. Determination shone in her eyes, a fiery sense of purpose, anticipation. They lifted it, Tristan going first down the steps, and positioned the canvas directly in front of the throne. He kicked out the stand. Sabine grabbed his arm and pulled him back, pausing dramatically. "Did you bring pink?" "Yup." "It needs pink." Tristan rolled his eyes. Surprise. She grabbed a can and held it up, tilting it, squinting at it, humming with consideration; then she sprayed a huge pink spot, right in the middle. "Orange! And blue!" she hissed. "Get some orange, quick!" He held the can out to her, and she snatched it and squirted misshaped splatters everywhere. Some flung back and stuck in her hair. She took the blue and began to arc it, oh so carefully, as high as she could reach, not a touch of hesitation in her stroke. She stood on her tiptoes, huffing when she couldn't reach the top. Tristan stepped forwards and lifted her onto his shoulder, hissing as she giggled. She shook the can and began to spray again. Tristan wrinkled his nose as a few blue droplets landed on his nose. Sabine leant on his head, leaning as close to the canvas as she could. Outside, the crystal moon shone odd shadows across her face, as the wind whipped the trees and sent dark tendrils over the room. Her tongue poked out in concentration, and her eyes sparked under her dark messy bangs. Tristan loved to watch her paint. She always knew exactly what she was doing, exactly what she wanted. The end product was always atrociously colourful and sloppy, but Tristan liked them. They were... different. And different was good. It broke up the grey walls and the grey carpets, a little bit of different in their life of sameness. "Sabine?" he said, a little cautiously, "what about red?" "Huh?" "Red." "Red?" "On the picture." Sabine stopped, and smiled down on him. He smiled up at her. "Yeah. Yeah, we need red." "Up the top!" "What? Don't be dumb, in the corners." They painted until their eyes drooped and the moon was at the opposite end of the sky, and until Tristan's poor shoulders couldn't bear Sabine's weight any longer. Sabine yawned, her tiny stained fist rubbing at her eye. She leant against Tristan's side, and he wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "We got paint on the floor," he pointed out. "Only a little." "There's paint on your pyjamas!" "No there isn't!" He licked his thumb and smeared some pink off her cheek. "Mum's gonna kill us." "No she won't, she'll love it," Sabine said dismissively. "It's her birthday. No blasters on her birthday." Sabine, from her vantage point, looked up at her piece with a funny expression. It was sort of like a frown, but more introverted, sadder. "What?" Tristan asked, nudging her. "N-nothing," Sabine mumbled. She sighed, chest heaving. "What... what if she doesn't like it?" Tristan chuckled and hugged her tighter, his little colourful firework of a sister. "She will," he promised. Muted, premature sunlight shone across the starbird, rising from a hodgepodge of pink and red and fading into the blue sky. Tristan yawned, his mouth stretching over his teeth. "We better get to bed before they wake up," he muttered, and began to lead Sabine back to her room. Dawn broke.

1. Why did you choose your url?

I’ve been ScribeOfRED everywhere pretty much since I joined the greater world of the internet, which in turn was inspired by the RED band T-shirt I was wearing when I originally created my very first username. No, it wasn’t based off my hair color, that’s just a happy coincidence that people seem profoundly pleased by whenever they learn this fact.

2. Any sideblogs? If you have them, name them, and why do you have them?

Yep, five! @herebutforamoment​ is purely aesthetic, @thunderinghoofbeats​ is horses only, @thewritinggrindstone​ is my writeblr, @lostbythewayside​ is a place to reblog art so artists can get more exposure, and @tidyphotocollection​ is my original photography-reblogging blog, less aesthetic overall than the first blog listed.

3. How long have you’ve been on tumblr?

Three-ish years ago in terms of having an account, but I’ve been a hardcore lurker since Ye Olden Days, circa probably 2011.

4. Do you have a queue tag?

The queues are full, but I have no tag for five of my six blogs. The singular exception is my writeblr, because it seems like the right thing to do in that space.

5. Why did you start your blog in the first place?

To keep up with the Thunderbirds fandom, which, three-and-a-half years ago, was in the beginning stages of activity beginning to wane. Mostly my dash is filled with photography, horses, and recipes these days, fandom is exhausting, y’all. I make exceptions for good-quality Star Wars.

6. Why did you choose your icon?

I’ve used the Alliance Starbird as every single profile picture I’ve had as of 2008, when The Force Unleashed came out, because Starkiller is my favorite boy of all time <3

7. Why did you choose your header?

For my main, it’s advice I would give to first-time writers, a post I still periodically reread to get myself excited about writing again, with 209 notes.

Tumblr is terrible at arithmetic and seems far too fond of counting blocked followers as legit, so when I say 115 for my main, I’m definitely lying, albeit not on purpose.

Anywhere between zero and twenty times a day, it really depends on whether I’m running the gaming computer or my work laptop.

Via writeblr, yes, because people can get Weird about being Right About Grammar. One of us was backing our post up with actual style guide references, the other wasn’t, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I stopped engaging after a couple replies, though, because I’m too old for this kind of nonsense and I don’t bother with people who obviously aren’t interested in learning.

I click “block post” :)

Same as above—engaging with people is always enjoyable.

Within the VLD fandom as of a few years ago, definitely @velkynkarma​, who is a wonderful person and someone that handled the persistent drama in that fandom with an ease I’ve always admired tremendously.

I have a crush on @preludeinz​’s writing, specifically the newly life-consuming Star Wars fic that I love with every fiber of my being <3

Seriously, I Will Start a Petition Asking to See the Additional Rogue One Footage

All you guys have to do is ask.

I have mentioned before that I would have absolutely no qualms about starting a petition asking Gareth Edwards/Disney/LFL to release the additional Rogue One footage. I don’t have a huge blog so not much reach, but I know my post about whether the fandom was dying or not (answer: a resounding HELLZ NAW) got some terrific reblogs. I want to see the footage. You want to see the footage. We all want to see the footage. What if we all came together and signed a petition and it made a difference? What if Gareth and Kathleen Kennedy are just really unaware of how strong and mighty we are? What if…you guys…what if it WORKED??

All you have to do is ask, and I will do it. I know @cornholius is down. Now I just have one question for you: Are you with me?

The other day I got the Lego Iron Man portrait set. But I wanted to build something different. So, using just the pieces from the set, I made this. Sort of a Star Wars Rebels poster, with Sabine's Starbird and Ahsoka's Fulcrum symbol, my 2 favorite icons from Star Wars.
