I can't imagine the court even asking Simon or Wilhelm to get tested.

It would be hard to justify testing Simon and Wille, and if minors (regardless of age) disagree with their parents about tests or treatments, it's the healthcare professionals who will make the decisions.

Doctor appointments can be booked online on 1177.se (very and only Simon and Wille or their parents can do that.

Teenagers can book an appointment at a youth clinic without the parents being informed of it or of any potential treatments or prescriptions, (unless it's a matter of life and death, and only if sharing the information will not make it worse for the child/teenager. Do no harm etc.)

Children have very strong rights in Sweden.
