How I feel about this character: He’s my son. My baby boy. He has and can do no wrong. ( In all seriousness, though, he’s a very well written character that I enjoy writing against immensely. Deals with serious topics as a character, but we love him for it. The loyalty to those he deems fit??? Unparalleled. He wants to be bitch-bastard, but he’s bastard-baby. )

All the people I ship romantically with this character: Issy, Andromeda, Adira, This fucking Jeanine Mason OC when I finally name her.

My non-romantic OTP for this character: Stefan and Narcissa’s friendship is really important to me, but since I met Stefan initially in Hollow Grove… Stefan and his daughter. 100% I’m a sucker for a dad.

My unpopular opinion about this character: Give. Him. A. Happy. Ending. You. Coward. I said what I said.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I want to see him, specifically Stefan Nott, using occlumency. Like, I want to see it in action. Maybe there’s a drinking game with a friend and the alcohol is laced with veritiserum, because occlumens can lie under its effects. I don’t know. I’m also just curious to watch him as the war gets more serious, specifically because he doesn’t want anything to do with it.

My OTP: I’m going to give two answers here, because I’m a sucker for Stadira, and it’s the answer I should give… but I still have a soft spot for Stefandy and that has and will not change.

My OT3: We all know Stefan couldn’t handle sharing, but if I had to give him one… Stefan x Flo x Sun. Listen. It won’t work no matter who I pick, so it doesn’t matter what I say. I could say Stefan x Phineas x Max, and it still wouldn’t matter. He. Can’t. Share.

🤐 - A memory they wished never happened. ( ft. @stefanxxnott​ )

“You’re just like him,” The words had left her lips before she could stop them. She wasn’t entirely sure why she said it, her brain was muddled. She couldn’t think straight. It was almost like it wasn’t even her speaking.

Her mind was fuzzy enough to not even process his replies, until he turned away from her. Andy wasn’t even sure why they were fighting, why her head was this foggy.

“Stefan, if you walk away from me then we’re over.” Her voice crack as she spoke, and her heart shattered when she saw him turn slightly, hurt plastered over his face. Hurt she’d caused. “Stefan..” Her voice trembled as she blinked away the tears.

She desperately wanted to take everything back. She wanted to fix what she’d said. Why had she said that? She knew Stefan wouldn’t hurt her. Right? 

It was too late. Her heart dropped as he turned his back on her, and without a word, he left. A sob escaped her lips as she collapsed against the wall, burying her face in her hands. 

She had ruined everything, and she wasn’t entirely sure why.

She knew it was wrong. Her finger’s fiddled with the engagement ring on her finger before she pulled in off, stashing it in her robe pocket. Even if Maddox was cruel, and manipulative  - this is what her family had chosen for her. This is the path she should take. So why was she waiting in an empty classroom for someone other than her betrothed?

The second he slipped through the door, Andromeda remembered why. A smile tugged at her lips as she instantly wrapped her arms around his neck, pressing her lips to his. “Hi,” She murmured, before burying her face in the crook of his neck. When her parents had first betrothed her to someone other than Stefan, she swore she’d stay away from Stefan. This is what her family wanted and she didn’t want to drag him into this mess. Yet, she couldn’t seem to stay away. Even if she was sure Maddox knew exactly what she was doing, given his…. less than polite warnings

However, the brief secret meetings she spent with Stefan kept her happy. She knew at some point she would have to end things between them so she could be with Maddox, but she didn’t want to sacrifice the rare glimpses of happiness. Besides, leaving Maddox to go back to Stefan would definitely cause an argument with her family, and she didn’t want to abandon her sisters.

The two had gotten wrapped up in the moment, not realising the time before Andromeda realised she had to leave. Pressing a final kiss to his lips, Andromeda left the classroom - one last fleeting look at the boy she loved. 

She hated saying goodbye.

“Stef!” A bubble of laughter escaped her lips as he wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her back towards him. It was after she had left her parents, and he’d come to visit, not wanting her to spend the holidays entirely alone. She was attempting to cook for the both of them as he’d walked up behind her. “I’m trying to feed us, so if you could stop distracting me, that’d be great,” Andromeda shook her head, an amused smile playing on her lips as he pressed a kiss to her neck. 

“I’ve not seen you in over a week and you want to cook?” He murmured against her neck as Andromeda turned off the stove, turning face him with one eyebrow raised. 

“Why? Do you have anything else in mind?” She teased, before standing on her toes to lean up to kiss him, the smile never fading from her face. Stefan simply raised his eyebrows at her, causing a laugh to escape her lips as she intertwined her fingers with his as she lead him upstairs. 

With Stefan by her side, she felt like this empty house could finally be a home.
