Smiley (with exploding mind), Stephen Beer

The first Summer of Love - 1967 - LSD. The second Summer of Love - 1989 - Ecstasy. Now - no Summer of Love - nitrous oxide. In this sculpture the famous smiley face is made of empty nitrous oxide canisters. These are embedded in a thick clear epoxy casting resin with a yellow and white acrylic painted background. The yellow acrylic has been dragged by the resin to give the impression of smiley's mind exploding. The piece is in a wooden white painted frame.

If you don’t know about it, the TRUTH is that it is a virtual fiber festival sponsored by and organized by many of the most influential SJWs and fiber-related individuals who made every effort to destroy StephenBe, conservative crafters, and Christian crafters, particularity non-liberal knitters. This event is organized by (I suspect but could not verify) XRX/Stitches and includes a catalogue of teachers and speakers who match up with the standard Stitches fiber show roster. At the bottom of the home page they have posted the Black Lives Matter flag and next to that you can see that this event is associated with Ravelry. For an exorbitant fee, I have been invited to be a virtual vendor. Not going to happen. Not my kind of people. Network Pacific is a leading strata management company with offices in Queensland, Victoria and Europe and delivers high quality body corporate management with a team of performers of excellence.

The responsibilities in the role we are seeking a quality candidate for include, specifically and generally:

Attend general and committee meetings as required

Issue meeting notices and prepare minutes

Prepare correspondence as required by client bodies corporate

Arrange for statutory notices to be issued

Arrange for financial statements to be prepared and issued as required

Liaise with committee members, owners and contractors as required

Arrange for payment of accounts

Undertake/be responsible for all management functions for a portfolio of clients on a day to day basis

Be active in promoting and developing the business of Network Pacific Strata Management

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

A minimum of three years’ experience in the body corporate/strata management sector

Sound knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act and associated Regulation Modules

Sound knowledge of legislation related to the good management of strata schemes

Sound knowledge of financial reports and the ability to explain them

Proficiency in the StrataMax software package will be an advantage

Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Office software

A current and clear drivers licence

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Excellent time management and problem solving skills

Professional presentation
