It's not a bad book but not a great one either It's not a bad book but not a great one either. A fairly decent book. I liked Nison's more and i believe it is better to start with that one. If, after reading that one, you feel the need to read something more concerning this subject, candlesticks, than you can choose this one. Other than a supplement i do not believe the book has a purpose. Go to Amazon

Very good for candles Good intro to candlestick bar trading , the first chapters are good, they give you an overview of major signals , especially the second chapter it's really good . Later you also have a good couple of chapters with real examples... but then the author wrote about trend , pattern, elliot wave , etc and all of those topics received a mediocre treatment , it seems like the rest of the book is there just to fill the pages . That said, the candlestick part it's indeed very good . Go to Amazon

Unravel the Mystery of Candlesticks This is, in essence, the same information that is being marketed by Trade Wins Publishing in a DVD course for $500! The book is much cheaper, gives all the necessary information and clarifies the mystery of candlesticks. Well worth the money. Go to Amazon

Great book, practical I have read lots of books about technical analysis and charting. I believe this one has an edge. Candlestick analysis in conjunction with traditional Western technical analysis is very powerful. I would def. recommend this book to the active trader. Go to Amazon

Profitable Candlestick Trading This is a great book for beginners and the more experienced alike. An excellent reference manual to have on the bookshelf. It's the sort of book you dip into for info and not the type you would read from cover to cover. Also, it explains matters in an easy to digest format. Excellent I have traded stocks for a number of years but had not been introduced to Japanese candlesticks until recently. This is a thorough and easily understood book on a simple concept, but not quick or easy to master. Go to Amazon
