First off, a great morning no matter what this morning 👍🏻 but I messed up. Learning lesson for today is how to correctly do #powersquats (hack squats) and the way to not do them 🙊🙊🙊 I know the correct form but I just didn't do it and was off for some reason this morning and the only thing I can think of was the weight I used. 10plates, 450lbs which could of been my #PR but it wasn't because they weren't done right. If you look at my boy @joey_calderon in the first picture, THAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO GET SHIT DONE. Not my way at all 🚫 looking at his video when I got home just to hit me harder because I knew when I got done. Is what it is and next time, I will do them correctly with a little less weight till I can do 450 correctly. Rest of the leg day went good. Went with my friend and also #photocred to her 😝📱 @snowwhite_408, to help train her like she wanted 😊👍🏻 she did good as well! We were both sweating are asses off from our leg workouts but killed it and I know I'll have some good sore legs in the morning. Today was only a learning lesson but still #anothergain!
