Everyone eats. Food is sustenance and essential to many cultures, carrying traditions and personal histories forward. It can bring communities together, yet, geographic accessibility and affordability of food are critical systemic issues facing many people today. 41 million people struggle with hunger in the United States.⁠ EAT ME invites artists to create a cornucopia of artworks, exploring how food can connect or divide us. We encourage artists in any discipline to apply, from painting to sculpture, video, and sound, to installation-based works. In addition, we are looking for table-top, object-based work referencing food and related topics, including advertising, packaging, body image, food politics, and food culture.⁠ ⁠ 💯Submission open NOW! 💯 And are free until December 12th, after which, there will be a $15 fee. So, who doesn’t like playing a #fun and #stylish game of multiple choice, that you can never lose (what!) and your friends can always win (woah)?! Welcome Ben’s Papers! This design, is actually part of a series of four multiple choice cards, all of which come with a coordinated lined envelope and striking, gold, shimmering✨ letter-pressed text and detail. Now how cool is that 🤭 text message seem? And for 🙋‍♂️ the real news behind this cool card... Our entire Ben’s Papers 📔💌 range, has been developed with specific consideration to the environment 🌱🌎 and premium quality, ever since it’s inception. Largely inspired and continually motivated, by Ben’s brother 👬🥍⚽️ Jon, and his education at College in Maine on Mount Desert Island 🌳🛶 and what he had learned and then how we could apply these responsible sensibilities at Ben’s Garden.
