…and I thought the issue I’d run into with my theory posts was that someone would get mad that I lowkey called god an abuser lmao
#mine#honestly there’s a genuine interesting debate to be had about how we should refer to the big monotheistic three#and I am well aware of issues that occur when (mostly) gentiles use stuff like Judeo-Christian and abrahamic#but if you’re gonna come onto my post where I specifically asked for no religious discourse#(bc i warned that I’d be referring to biblical lore in a glib way to analyse a silly otome game)#and call me names#instead of blocking me like a goddamn adult#do you really expect me to take you in good faith?#i didn’t even use the fucking word judeo-christian or imply any kind of universality to the lore bits I was discussing#sure i guess I could’ve added a disclaimer about how the big three’s mythologies get mixed up a lot#but it had nothing to do with what I was talking about#because again. I Did Not Fucking Say Anything Was Universal#i just needed a quick and easy to understand shorthand that wasn’t specific to any one religion#bc oh yeah I’m also juggling not calling any one specific practice out#bc that wouldn’t be fair either#anyway this is why context and picking your battles matters#trust me if I ever info dump specifically about Jewish mythology you’ll know#there will be no room for ambiguity#hashed-tag jewish-prosecutor-Satan is best Satan
