okay so im on a surfvacation in the basque country for a week with ‘Surfblend’ (which is, for those of you who dont know, camp? kind of? but with booze and people above 18 and stuff and you can take surflessons and etc) and i have been going to the same camping two weeks every year for ten years now with my family, but considering that family fell apart last year we were not going to go this year so im here. alone. but i never really felt nostalgic? or sad? but whats weird is that i had a cold when i got here and couldnt smell things until today and now that i can smell the ocean and the camping and the air i get hit by this wace of sadness every now and then and i dont know. just wanted to tell yell bc i found it special that my memory is connected to smell.
