I keep thinking about how yesterday all the Drs & MAs in the room kept saying how brave I was to be doing the procedure awake. I've had 2 surgeries in a month, 1 of them while I was awake. Had an in-office procedure today to fix the complication from my surgery 3 weeks ago so that I don't have to wait for it to heal & do this all over again. So it's essentially restarting my recovery but to improve the situation & prevent a bigger one later. Did it in office so that I don't have to go under anesthesia again. My body is so complicated. Nothing ever goes the way it's supposed to.
