Augusta was in a coffee shop, looking for a place to sit with her laptop to work on her composition. She saw a table and walked up to the girl that was sitting there. “Is this seat taken? I didn’t know the cafe would be this busy now.”

It had been so long since the both of them had seen each other. Not much later after Emily had left to live with her relatives in San Francisco, Danny had finished high school and left to sail around the world. She took the both and left her mother to settle on the Greek Island, Amorgos, one of the islands they used to go to when she was younger. To Danny, it was probably the best decision in the world to make this solo trip, but she knew with that she had to let go of a lot of things, including eventually Emily. 

She had tried to keep in contact, she really did. But being on open waters for so long made it hard to communicate. When she was finally harbored, it always took her a while to settle and contact people. She was living her life physically and had a hard time keeping up digitally. Their communication fell short and eventually they stopped talking. Danny hated that, but did nothing to change it either.

Years had passed and when Danny finally found San Francisco on her route, she couldn’t leave it. Em had been such an important part of her life, Danny had to see her again. So she went online and did her research. She even messaged someone that seemed to interact with Em on social media a lot. It wasn’t hard to figure out she was a photographer. Danny lured her to Presidio, a national park in San Francisco, close to the palace of fine arts theater. She made sure to be in time, so she could come up from behind. 

Seeing Emily walk there caused some emotions. It was good to see the other again, she’d missed her friend a lot. At the same time Emily didn’t look that good and Danny felt this wave of guilt over her. It was the most bittersweet moment in her life. “Are looking for the palace theater? Because you surely are a piece of art” Danny joked, standing about a meter away from her friend.

“Just don’t give me the ‘I told you so’ speech okay?” The redhead started before shaking her head slightly. She knew when she had met her ex that it was going to be a whirlwind knockout sort of thing that wasn’t mean to last forever, but that didn't mean that finding him in bed with someone else when she went to grab the last of her shit felt good. Kristi took a sip from the cocktail that she had sitting in front of her before curling her legs under her on the couch. She was just glad the other was here so she had someone to talk to, even if she doubted the other wanted to hear it. “Just give me like, two days a slack, yeah?”

She was so engrossed in the screen in front of her as she manipulated text in the editor to get it how the client wanted that she hadn't even noticed that her friend had sat down across from her in the cafe or said anything to her until the table moved just slightly from being bumped into. "Oh God, I'm sorry. Hey!" She saved her progress, closing her laptop and smiling to the other. "Sorry, had to finish that up for the client. You haven't been sitting there too long have you?"

Seth looks at the woman beside him and then shakes his head at her “I can’t say that I’ve been to very many places in the world even with being what I am.” The God of Chaos cocks an eyebrow and then smirks at the woman “I tend to jump from universe to universe not from one place to another on the same boring globe. I every once in a while take people with me to see things through their eyes or something like that so what do you think?” He gestures around them at the black sand and purple sky.

“So..I need some help.” She was coming to her friend with probably the biggest issue of her life. “I kind of...pulled a Mamma Mia.” Kate explained as she sipped on some herbal tea, it was supposed to help with the morning sickness. “I...went down to Hawaii, and I guess I kind of was a slut...and now I’m pregnant and I don’t know who the dad is?” She squeaked, waiting for those judgmental eyes to break loose. “I also don’t know what to do...because it could be a whole Bridget Jones thing and I have 3 men fighting for my affection and all I care about is my baby.”
