Muhje apni khud ki itni pechan banani ki kisi ke bhi sath khadi ho jao toh farq na pade. Meri apni identity hona chahiye. Log muhje mere naam se hi Jane. Bas muhje itna pata h ki bhagwan mere saath h vo jo karenge jaisa bhi sab sahi hi hoga. Bahubali ka ek dialoge h ki- 'Mai apni swabhiman aur pechan chodhkar kisi ke saath nahi jaogi'. Muhje yahi lag raha h ki pata nahi hamari story ka hoga. Ab muhje yeh toh samjh aa hi raha h ki log physical hone ke baad kyu nahi reh pate h door. Mere hath Mai kuch bhi nahi h Jo hona hoga bhagwan karenge. Bhagwan par barosha h na bas. Apna kaam Karte raho jisko ana hoga aisehi aayga tumhari life me. Aur jisko rehna hoga vo apni taraf se bhi effect karega rehne ke.
Bahut maza bhi aaya yr iss journey mai. Par kuch karna bhi h yr. Pata nhi sayad mai galat toh nahi soch rahi hu par mai aapna naam khona nahi chahti hu. Yaha se chale jaygey phir ek nayi journey ki shuruat karenge vishwas hi nahi ho raha behan. Sab kuch khud se handle karna sikha h aur bahut maza aa rha h iss journey mai. Aisehi isko continue rakhna h aur aage badhte Jana h .

बिग जैक लिंग को मोटा करने का तेल
"बिग जैक लिंग को मोटा करने का तेल" ke roop mein market mein kai tarah ke vyavsayik ya ayurvedic tel upalabdh hain jo dawa ke roop mein becha jata hai. Halaanki, yeh dharana mahatvapoorn hai ki ling ko mota karne ka koi pramaanik vidhi ya tel nahin hota hai.
Yadi aap ling ko mota aur majboot banana chahte hain, toh yahan kuch sujhav hain:
Swasth Aahar: Aapka bhojan swasth aur poshak hona chahiye. Hari sabjiyan, phal, nuts, aur protein yukt bhojan aapke sharir ke saarvajanik swasthya ko sudharne mein madadgar ho sakta hai.
Vyayam: Vyayam se sharirik swasthya ko sudhar sakte hain. Kegel exercises, jo pelvic floor muscles ko majboot karte hain, bhi aapke ling ko majboot karne mein madadgar ho sakte hain.
Stress Prabandhan: Stress aur chinta aapke ling ki sthiti ko prabhavit kar sakte hain. Prayatan karen stress ko kam karne ke liye yog, dhyan, ya pranayam.
Tambaku aur Nasha Tyagna: Tambaku ka sevan aur sharab ya anya nasha karne se parhej karein, kyonki ye aapke ling ke swasthya ko prabhavit kar sakte hain.
Vyaktigat Swasthya: Aapke sharir aur vyaktigat swasthya ka dhyan rakhen, kyonki sharirik aur mansik swasthya ling ke swasthya par prabhavit hota hai.
Samay par Neend: Aapke sharir ko samay par achhi neend ki avashyakta hoti hai, isse sharir aur ling dono ke liye faydemand hota hai.
Sexual Health Professional se Sambandh Banayein: Yadi aapko ling ke swasthya mein kisi bhi tarah ki samasya hai, to kisi sexual health specialist ya urologist se sampark karein. Ve aapko sahi salah aur upchar denge.
Kripya dhyan dein ki ling ka aakar ek vyaktigat gun hai aur ling ke aakar ko lekar jyada chinta karne se aapke vyaktigat swasthya aur swabhiman par asar pad sakta hai. Ling ko mota karne ke liye kisi bhi vyavsayik tel ya dawa ka upayog karne se pahle ek chikitsak ki salah lena behtar hota hai.

Bollywood Movies Part CCX
Tumblr media
Faiza Soofia (Parvathy Thiruvothu) starts graduate school at Delhi University studying a freedom fighter from Malabar. She joins up with the university’s student activist group led by Amal Krishna (Roshan Mathew) and makes friends with her Thulsa (Karunasingh) who is the first in her community to go to graduate school. As Faiza uses her status to speak up for less protected students, she becomes the target of the school’s fascist group.
(CW for movie: religiously motivated murder) Varthamanam is movie that has a very clear sense of what it wants to say and great deal of anger towards the current state of affairs at universities in India. However, it tries to stuff too much into its 2 hours and comes off feeling wooden and one dimensional. The ending is very impactful, though. Favorite songs are Anuragam and Zindagi. Neither songs has subtitles.
Tumblr media
Pinky (Arjun Kapoor) and Sandy (Parineeti Chopra) are on the run after Pinky figures out that he was set up by his employer Tyagi (Jaideep Ahlawat) to take the fall for Sandy’s murder and Sandy is blocked from all her accounts with her employer Parivartan Bank for knowing too much about their Swabhiman program. They decide to cross the border into Nepal but must make sure not to attract the attention of Tyagi, who is still trying to murder Sandy.
(CW for movie: attempted sexual assault, miscarriage) Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar is a decent film and very scenic. The actual plot is good, if a bit slow. I especially enjoyed the parts in Pithoragarh as the characters there felt the most well rounded, aside from our main protagonists. Favorite song is Faraar (no subtitles).
Tumblr media
Saina Nehwal (young Naishaa Kaur Bhatoye, adult Parineeti Chopra) begins playing badminton at her mother’s insistence (Meghna Malik) and rises through the rankings of the Badminton World Federation’s players to become the world’s number 1 female player in 2015.
Saina is a good sports film about badminton. It does a good job of getting you invested in Saina, although it never delves into her frankly terrible politics and only deals with her badminton playing and personal life. Parineeti Chopra is convincing as a badminton player and does a good job in her role. Favorite songs are Chal Wahin Chalein and Parinda. Neither song has subtitles.

Unlocking the Potential: How Education Transforms Lives in Underserved Communities
In India, some kids grow up in tough situations. But there's something that can make a big difference– going to school. When kids from poor homes get to go to school, it changes everything for them.
Going to school helps these kids learn things that can help them in life. They learn to read, write, and do maths, but they also learn about the world and how to solve problems. This helps them do better in their future jobs and earn more money.
For children born into no money or marginalised communities in India, the odds are often stacked against them from the very beginning. Limited access to resources, inadequate infrastructure, and social barriers can hinder their ability to receive a quality education. However, despite these challenges, education has the power to break the cycle of poverty and transform lives.
One of the most significant impacts of education on marginalised children is its role in providing them with opportunities for socio-economic mobility. With access to education, children from disadvantaged backgrounds can acquire the knowledge and skills needed to pursue higher education and secure better-paying jobs in the future. Education opens doors to employment opportunities that were previously out of reach, empowering these children to improve their own lives and contribute positively to their communities.
Moreover, education plays an important role in improving the overall health and well-being of marginalised children. By promoting hygiene practices, preventive healthcare, and access to nutritious meals, schools serve as essential platforms for addressing health-related issues in disadvantaged communities. Through initiatives such as school-based health programs and nutrition interventions, education not only enhances children's physical health but also fosters their cognitive development and academic achievement.
In addition to its practical benefits, education instils confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of empowerment in marginalised children. By providing them with the tools to express themselves, think critically, and advocate for their rights, education empowers children to challenge social norms and break free from the cycle of oppression. Education cultivates a sense of agency and autonomy, enabling marginalised children to envision a future where they can pursue their dreams and aspirations without limitations.
Despite the transformative power of education, millions of marginalised children in India still lack access to quality education due to various socio-economic and structural barriers. Government initiatives such as the Right to Education Act and programs like Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan aim to address these disparities by promoting universal access to education and improving the quality of schooling for marginalised children. However, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, teacher shortages, and cultural biases continue to hinder progress in achieving equitable education for all.
To bridge this gap, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) such as Smile Foundation have been working tirelessly to provide educational opportunities to marginalised children across India. Through initiatives like Swabhiman, Smile Foundation empowers girls from marginalised communities by providing them with access to quality education, life skills training, and support services. By focusing on holistic development and community engagement, programs like Swabhiman are changing the lives of marginalised girls and breaking down barriers to education in India.
School also helps kids feel good about themselves. When they learn new things and do well in school, it makes them feel proud and confident. This confidence helps them believe in themselves and their abilities, which is really important.
But going to school isn't easy for all kids in India. Some kids don't have good schools nearby, or they have to drop out to help their families. This makes it hard for them to get the education they need to have a better life.
To help these kids, there are programs like Smile Foundation's Swabhiman. These programs make it easier for poor kids to go to school by giving them things like books, uniforms, and meals. This way, more kids can get the education they need to change their lives.
In the end, going to school is really important for poor kids in India. It helps them learn, feel good about themselves, and have better opportunities in life. That's why it's so important to make sure that every kid has the chance to go to school and build a brighter future.
In conclusion, education is a powerful tool for uplifting marginalised children in India and creating pathways to a better future. By addressing socio-economic inequalities, promoting health and well-being, and fostering empowerment and agency, education has the potential to transform lives and break the cycle of poverty and marginalisation. However, concerted efforts from government, civil society, and communities are essential to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to receive a quality education and fulfil their potential.

A Secure Nation is a Nation with Food Security
Food is one of the most important needs of a human and without food, an individual has no energy, motivation or the will! The 3 basic needs of a human in the modern society are food, clothing and shelter and to not have any of them either is a bad look on the society as a whole. Which is why the government, organisations, charity foundations in India and NGOs are working relentlessly to provide the same for every individual but, of course, like any project, this too has its obstacles! It is always easier when the individuals from the community come together to help the people in need in the community. It not only helps providing food to people but also offers a sense of fulfilment in their lives for the modern person!
Jawahar Foundation is an NGO that works in many sectors of the society including food security. If you are looking for an NGO working for food to donate to, then Jawahar Foundation is one of the best choices out there! Established in October 2019 by Riju Jhunjhunwala of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, they have carried out 200+ programs in many verticals that are as follows:
1.      Healthcare
2.      Education
3.      Water & Environment
4.      Food Security
5.      Employment Generation
Being one of the top charity foundations in India, it has its operations set-up across various cities in Rajasthan like Ajmer, Banswara, Jaipur and Bhilwara.
Let’s Feed Those in Need!
A post-pandemic world is quite a bit more hit with food security issues than pre-COVID times! Jawahar Foundation, with its Food Security vertical, strives to provide nutritious and hygienic food to the people of cities they operate in as it is the basic right of people to be fed with good quality food.
To eradicate hunger in the state of Rajasthan, this top NGO working for food has started a community kitchen. Jawahar Foundation’s plan is to make good food available to those who do not have the resources to feed themselves and their families. The community kitchen is named Swabhiman Bhoj and it serves nutritious as well as clean meals at Re. 1 to everybody who comes to eat there, yes, Re. 1!
This community kitchen currently operates in the 4 cities (going to start operations in other cities of Rajasthan soon) that Jawahar Foundation has operations in and has served a tremendous 2,00,000 meals within just 9 months; imagine how many more meals it can serve with the help of the entire community!
