started to watch a prod that i can only call "spanish swedish jcs", and while at first i was surprised because swejcs is typically not the prod I'd imagine giving inspiration for another prod, it turns out that so far you indeed can't pick a prod like the swedish one for inspiration and want to make it straight

this is judas telling jesus "It doesn't help us if you're inconsistent; they only need a small excuse to put us all away"

Would like to add that in the swedish translation during Judas' Death they changed "id save him all this suffering if i could // dont believe, our good // i'd save him if i could" to "if someone should have died here, it should have been me // don't claim i was good // no, better if i died"

The Swedish version of JCS has the gayest kiss, and I adore that production, but the 2000s version and the 2012 arena tour focuses so heavily on Judas' pain and regret. They are the most tragic ones. Therefore, I am putting my hat in the ring and saying they are the best ones.

To add, Timdas and 73Judas are both absolutely suffering from the cold bcs 73Judas comes from a desert climate and Timdas is an aussie. 73Jesus isn't affected bcs film-canonically hes implied to be partially god, thats also how hes controlling the jackdaws from on top of gävlebocken.
