     Julius does a little spin so the bird can get all angles, arms spread. He actually waits for a response with crossed arms and raised eyebrows. Noah, bless his heart, bobs his head and hops before wandering off to find the little measuring cup he likes to yell into.

     That’s good enough for Juli. Really, he’s dressing to make himself feel good. He knows he looks great, but Noah has been his supporter the entire time he’s been living his little bird life, and Juli isn’t about to ignore him anytime soon. He reaches for his phone, heretofore abandoned on the counter, and shoots off a text after checking the time.

     It’s been a hot minute since he actually went on a date. A lot of his trysts have been spur-of-the-moment recently. He’s not thinking anything of it; nothing wrong with a casual date here or there. It’s not like he’s going to let himself get tied down only to be dragged below the waves to drown. This is just dinner, and hopefully a nice one at that. A nice night overall is the hope, really.

     He reaches to scritch Noah’s head, and the bird chirrups lightly at him.

Lucifer was sat in his office when the person he’d arranged to see was brought in, rather roughly, by Meg- One of Lucifer’s three captains. "Meg, Meg, loosen the grip, please. This is a meeting, not an interrogation.” meg loosened her grip but her angry gaze didn’t soften any. He turned his gaze to Grace and give her a warm smile. “Please, sit down.” The nod he gave to Meg was a cue for her to leave. “Whatever you say, boss. “Then she threw one last dirty look at Grace and walked out, closing the door behind her. 

“Don’t mind her, she’s just on edge because she knows I am.” He sat back and laced his fingers together. “I’m on edge because I had to cut my vacation short, which I hate doing, and come back home to deal with business. You can see why I’m frustrated, right?��� He slid his desk drawer open as he spoke to retrieve his letter opener from it which he proceeded to play with.

“You see, I thought we had an agreement you and I. I loaned you the money your brother needed to get into medical school, which is great- the world needs more doctors. What’s not great is the fact that you promised to pay me back by the end of June. We're now in July, and I get told you haven't paid back a dime.” It was clear in his tone and body language that he was getting more and more frustrated as he went on. “So I had to leave nice cold Alaska early to come back to sunny Californa -I hate hot weather, and ask you what the fuck you think you’re doing!” He angrily stabbed the knife into the desk, just for added effect.The pleasantries she walked in to were all gone now, replaced by his unapologetic wrath.

          People did not venture this far out into the wastes, it was precisely why Armie had chosen to live out here. It was his sanctuary, perhaps the seas of sand and the blaring sun were not his favorite things but it was out of the reach of the Empire and even further out of his father’s reach. This morning though he awoke with a jolt, someone or...something was venturing far too close to his little home for his comfort. Holed up in a cave in the rocky mountain side he paced through the cool space constantly peeking out through the door to see if he could spot anyone in the sands below. Perhaps it was just a false alarm, a speeder that zoomed past closer than usual, or a bad dream again...but he couldn’t shake that there was something out there.

it’s like no matter how much i reread tra i can never prepare myself for jungkook and y/n’s character development. not just towards each other and their feelings about one another but just in general. it really makes me want to SCREAM because holy fucking shit. even though i KNOW it’s coming i still find myself close to tears. god damn it i love them both so much. my two favorite crackheads. oh god i’m not ready for this emotional rollercoaster that you’ve got prepared for us. fuck.

oh…….. yes……… it does have a happy ending but the road to getting there is not a happy path. BUT WHO WANTS TO READ ABOUT GOOD THINGS ANYWAY NO ONE THATS WHO my mom maybe but i dont think my mom wants to read about graphic sex between two college kids so i dunno. oh i do not even want to think about this if im being honest (but not in the way that im upset with you or anything but more like ITS GONNA BE A LONG ONE THE LONGEST BOI EVER) the fact that i want it to be 20 chapters and the first four are almost 100k words in word…. um…… i can almost guarantee its gonna be at LEAST 200k. 300k isnt a bad estimate either. maybe somewhere around there? THANK YOU FOR ASKING THOUGH i did wanna let u guys know that this series is a long one so u can kinda understand (not that u dont already) why i take so long to write parts but this last hiatus ive been on has been because my life has changed so much. i did work on the part recently though!!!!!
