Yup! Though I pretty much just reverse designed him from Willowkit's design. So there wasn't much designing on my end, he does have some differences from her though! ☁️✨☁️

OUGH Thank you for the kind words!! I'm not the best with cat anatomy, but I'd just say look at references like crazy (I need to get better at this). Study their shapes and watch videos of cats from different angles/doing different activities. Personally I make their muzzles too big sometimes and I struggle with the body length to leg length ratio (cats are so long sometimes wth). Sadly the only real advice I can give is practice practice practice D; ☁️✨☁️

After drawing this I got about 50 more ideas for how the dark forest cats might look so take this as a first draft sneak peek LMAO I don't think we will see one very soon, but who knows I might get a random urge to throw one in hehe ☁️✨☁️

I'd say probably a fairly long time, at least quite a few generations. After The Flood they basically restarted in the eyes of the other clans however, so now they are considered a new clan since they don't see Basilstar as a legitimate leader of Old Fogclan (since she wasn't deputy when The Flood hit).

Drew this a while ago but didn't get around to posting till now hhh (ik her name has already been revealed, just wanted to show the moment it was decided). Willow was actually the suffix to Fallowpatch's mentor's name "Littlewillow" as stated here: Fallowpatch Facts

Yup!! That's Alderdusk! He was Basilstar's first mate who died in the flood at the start of the comic,, I was trying to show the reason she rejected Coalthorn this time was because it was extremely similar to how it happened with Alderdusk, which she couldn't handle at the time Not meant to be a ghost or anything, just a memory from Basil

Im so glad you like her!! Here is a 1/2 month old Fallowkit!

Here are a couple facts! - She was named after a Fallow Deer. - She has no siblings, and was born in Fogclan. - She was apprenticed to Littlewillow, whom she considered a second mother and was lost to The Flood. - Was named Fallowpatch at her warrior's ceremony, and became QPPs with Graylight (eventually Graystar) shortly after. Graystar was also lost to The Flood. - She rejected Graystar's deputy proposal, not wanting to become a leader. (Later forced due to lacking members after The Flood). - Helped mentor Basilpaw (eventually Basilstar). But has never had an apprentice of her own. - She has a fear of growing old. - She is an excellent hunter, and enjoys bringing food home to the three other members of Fogclan.

Will/Did they tell Rain’s kits who their father is? Or will they keep their origins from them?

No one but Raintiger actually knows who the second parent to these kittens are, and since Raintiger hasn't disclosed it to anyone atp, and has barely even talked to the kittens atp they probably wont know for at least a while I think

No, they don't shun the kittens but they're also like those kids who run around the restaurant with no parents in sight since Rain doesn't care to watch after them, Fallowpatch did her best but she was already an elder by the time they were born. So, not shunned but also not super connected to the basilcoal family (atp) if that makes sense!

I don't play with the prey thing on (I started Fogclan before that rolled out), so I don't have to worry about assigning enough hunting patrols,, I roll first to see how many cats are going (1-6), then I roll to see who is going, and then I roll to see what type of patrol it is :) (Apprentices are automatically assigned to their mentor however!)

Question! Why did Fallow breaking code seem to piss off Basil less than Rain? Was it:

1. Fallow is older so Basil kinda sees her as a mentor figure

2. Basil didnt have to nurse for Fallow

3. Basil just dislikes Rain (valid)

4. Basil's views have changes

5. Something else

(Dont mean this in a "UM PLOTHOLE ://" way or "WHY ARE WE ANGRY AT RAIN" way btw, just curious!)

I think there were a couple factors for sure, it was just the four of them at that point so she was kinda like "ok this sucks but like..",, she wasn't thrilled with it at all, but Fallow also kinda broke the tension with saying it wasn't Coal or Rain. Also yeah I think you hit it with the first two there, Basil does see Fallow more as a mentor figure than just another clanmate,, and she didn't need to care for Fallow's kitten. Just when Basil was about to leave the nursery, here comes three more kittens she needs to care for. She also knows Rain is a kid hater™ and probably isn't going to put any effort into raising them. Coal hasn't told Basil about Rain's previous issues (didn't want to worry her and felt like he could handle it himself), so Basil is actually still friendly with Rain as far as she knows. Also end of the day, I've only read the first 2 arcs of warriors so I created this story with first arc rules (i.e. medicine cats cannot have relationships or kittens), which I see now the warriors community has moved past LMAO,, I won't keep it for future clangen comics probably, so its just here for added drama now hhh

Cats can adopt kittens sometimes in clangen yes, but these kittens are biologically Raintiger's! :)

Sorry this is late too!!,, Nope, Raintiger has never had a mate before, but I do think the huge loss of their clan in the flood probably was a factor in Rain's obsession with Coal,, and nope, Basil did not have any kittens with Alderdusk

My headcanon is that Coalthorn is a redneck or at least has the accent change my mind

Def has a southern us accent hehe (they all live in England in the middle ages but i dont care he gets one) Being from the southwest myself I tend to give characters this accent in my mind so it slips in sometimes, Coalthorn gets it more prominently though, he's a farm cat he deserves it as a treat if i ever did another clangen comic it would 100% be set in Arizona, perhaps "wild west" as well hehe
