The humanized digital circus!

idk if people will like this jax, I've seen a lot of people draw him black, but I like the idea of jax being this overgrown ginger kid with bad teeth and a worse haircut (its only on the top of his head)

zooble's clothes are supposed to be what people in the 80's thought the 2000's futuristic clothes would look like, only but not silver but multicolored instead. I also tried to make them really androgynous

also this is what caine looks like, tv for a head. I have no idea how to humanize bubble lol

i have indeed slipped into almost exclusively drawing gijinka designs of the circus gang, mostly focusing on pinning down body types and (comically ridiculous) heights for them, creating some hc lore with kinger n queenie, and of course a bunch of silly shit

Originals + AU lore here, changes under the cut:

Thalia (Gangle):

Made her style more 90s. Specifically based it on pictures of 90s Tokyo street fashion.

In one version, she has hair modeled after Kirsten Dunst bc it looked like a bow.

Gave her a skirt and a sweater instead of a t-shirt.

Sophia (Pomni):

Darkened her skin a bit so my designs weren't so monotonous.

Made her pants blue.

In one version, I made her sidetails more prominent and the back hair spikier, in the other, I gave her a haircut inspired by Rachel from Friends.

Annabelle (Ragatha):

Made her skirt a bit looser.

Tucker (Jax):

Gave him a more 90s haircut.

Made his jacket looser + unzipped.

Ari (Zooble):

Made their hair more vivid.

Changed up their tattoos.

Gave them a mullet, sort of.

Untucked their pants.

Put a flannel on their waist.

Arthur (Kinger):

Fixed everything about him (drew him at 4 in the morning before).

Made his beard more prominent.

Made his belt buckle gold and his shoes brown.

Gave him a purple tie.

Tadc human designs

I’m bad at drawing men so no kinger yet. And I did draw pomni but I wasn’t happy with her so I’m going to redraw her.

Jax is native of the Navajo tribe because I think the braids as bunny ears fit well. Ragatha has scars on her body like doll stitching and she makes her own eyepatches. Zooble has a lazy eye and shapes/dyes their Afro. Gangle is a bit extra and draws the tears on her face with blue eyeliner

I watched the silly circus show and made my own human designs. This is what I think the cast looks like outside the digital circus realm

I liked the idea of their circus design being influenced by how they actually looked on the outside. I wanted to subvert this a bit though and made Jax stocky and short
