Anime Impulse was pretty fun! I was only able to go Sunday since I had a clinical shift yesterday. I threw together a casual Tade from #dungeonmeshi and it was so much fun meeting other DM fans. Can't wait to finish my cosplay of her later this year. I'm really glad the tooth paint was easy to work with too.. Lease enjoy my stand in kanabo ( 52" guy fieri esque $7 inflatable bat)

Tade /Inutade/ Hijouhi Dungeon Meshi Cosplay Progress Thread

As a big and very tall cosplayer, I'm especially jazzed to cosplay a character with my body type also she's iconic. It makes me really sad that I haven't seen any other cosplay pics of her so far other that the iconic queen in the review photos on the Esty listing for the horns. (eta finally saw a picture of another Tade cosplayer at anime impulse and I met them later! They were so sweet)

I drafted her armor in Rhino to laser cut some EVA foam because if I have to punch all those holes for the paracord, my hand will fall off

Since I'll use a vinyl cutter for her diamond applique, I figured I'd go for something a little more ornate and in the manga's style

Got the rest of my supplies for the armor, wig and applique

Horns from GearsCreations on etsy. I think I'm gonna run an experiment on fusing them to the wig lace

Took causal Tade out for a test run. The tooth paint was surprisingly easy to deal with. Sooo excited to make the full costume now
