This is my kind of summer! Let me share with you my POV. So, summer is a period of time that most people have more free time. Those people give that free time to go to the beach, to spend time with friends, to drink, to eat, to party, to get a tan and share stories and photos on social media to show how they spend their days. Those same people as soon as we go towards October start posting photos of #throwbacksummer or #takemebacktosummer . What this gives me to understand is.. you wait 9 months fo summer to come in order to spend 3 months and then get in the rat race again to do the same. Definitely crazy from my point of view. Don’t get me wrong and I m not judging anyone. I m just presenting facts. If you disagree well I don’t care I just love speaking the truth. So, why not invest not all but some of your extra free time to read a book, learn a new skill, spend time with yourself, invest in a new business venture? So for every two hours spent on enjoying life spend 1 on something else. That way in a year or in a few years you may be able to work less throughout the year and enjoy life more? Or in my case I work so when I m 30 I’d love to have summer for a year. To travel to other countries that have summer when Cyprus hasn’t. Just random thoughts.
