The Suicide Squad will be making their official anime debut later this year, and Suicide Squad Isekai has shared a cool new poster ahead of its premiere! Suicide Squad as a brand has been growing in notoriety in the last few years especially as the group of DC Comics villains have branched out with their own movie and video game successes. Now they will be taking over the world of anime next as the DC Comics villains will be thrown into a new Isekai anime adventure of their own with one of the wildest missions they have been assigned to date!

Suicide Squad Isekai is one of the many new anime projects showing off big updates with the upcoming AnimeJapan 2024 this weekend, and fans were treated to a big update for the anime showing off more of its expanded roster of characters ahead of their convention takeover. To celebrate its latest updated as it prepares to hit screens some time later this year, Suicide Squad Isekai has dropped a cool new poster for the anime showing off both its DC Comics and original characters we'll see in action. Check it out below:

How to Watch Suicide Squad Isekai Anime

Suicide Squad Isekai will be premiering some time later this year, but has yet to confirm a release date as of the time of this publication. The cast for the series includes the likes of Anna Nagase as Harley Quinn, Yuichiro Umehara as The Joker, Reigo Yamaguchi as Deadshot, Takehito Koyasu as Peacemaker, Jun Fukuyama as Clayface, Subaru Kimura as King Shark, Taku Yashiro as Rick Flag, Kujira as Amanda Waller, Chika Anzai as Katana, Reina Ueda as Fione, Mamiko Noto as Aldora, and Jun Fukushima as Cecil.

Eri Osada will be directing Suicide Squad Isekai for WIT Studio, Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara will be writing the scripts, Akira Amano will be providing drafts for each of the characters, Naoto Hosoda will be finalizing the character designs, Kenichiro Suehiro will be composing the music, and Shinya Tsuuoka will be serving as producer for Warner Bros. Japan. The opening theme is titled "Another World" as performed by Tomoyasu Hotei, and the ending theme is titled "Go-Getters" as performed by Mori Calliope.

I love all the singers/bands who lent their talent to Slow Damage, but we all agree we miss the old vocal artists. 

It’s easy to imagine though (besides GOATBED for Rei) how they’d be assigned per love interest if they were still called over for the VN’s ending themes:

Adventure and fantasy anime, PV looked great and funny, also characters seems to be rather nice.

Height difference. Also they look so cute, so excitedly waiting how their relationship evolves. Kouhai is voiced Shin Yuuki, cast has also Shimazaki Nobunaga.

AYAKA/Ayaka: A Story of Bonds and Wounds

Excited with this one, looks amazing! Cast is great; Uemura Yuuto, Terashima Takuma, Umehara Yuuichirou, Toriumi Kousuke, Tsuda Kenjirou, Fukuyama Jun and Hayami Saori.

Murase Ayumu and Okamoto Nobuhiko in the cast, and PV looked funny and great. Isekai anime, and excited to see how it will turn out, and how story develops.

Lv1魔王とワンルーム勇���/Lv1 Maou to One Room Yuusha/Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero

Nakamura Yuuichi being main character's voice, so want to hear him much as possible, and PV was funny. The Demon Lord moves in with the Hero who isn't as strong as he used to be.

悲劇の元凶となる最強外道ラスボス女王は民の為に尽くします。/Higeki no Genkyou to Naru Saikyou Gedou Last Boss Joou wa Tami no Tame ni Tsukushimasu./he Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior

The cast is nice, it's including Fairouz Ai, Uchida Maaya, Suwabe Junichi and Ono Daisuke. PV looked great, and story is interesting so curious to see this.

Yay, so happy this got 2nd season so quickly. Can't wait to see these characters again, and how Kunato will face the evil tsukumogami who was responsible for what happened in the past and what haunts Kunato.

As the title tells, lots of sweets and baking. Main character is voiced by Murase Ayumu, and the pâtissier is such cutie.

好きな子がめがねを忘れた/Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta/The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses

This looked so cute and sweet, and the cast is nice with Wakayama Shion, Itou Masahiro, Kimura Ryouhei and Kobayashi Yuusuke. So curious to see this.

This looked hilarious, and a bit different isekai anime, so want to see how it will be.

Have been waiting for this quite a while, especially promo pics have been so beautiful. So ecxited to finally see it. Also to hear Ishikawa Kaito's voice with Kimura Ryouhei and Shimono Hiro.

アンデッドガール・マーダーファルス/Undead Girl Murder Farce

Quite peculiar anime, and PV was more than interesting, so curious to see this, as detective is trying to locate her body with the friends and solving crimes in between.

呪術廻戦/Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd Season

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Can't just describe enough how much I've been waiting for this when it was announced. And finally see teen Gojou and hopefully lots of tiny Megumi and their lives together, so hopefully there's jujusanpo section as it was in first season.

Haven't seen the first adaption and heard that it was good so curious to see this new adpation. Also Saitou Souma being main character's voice, so happy to hear him with Yashiro Taku, Hino Satoshi and Uchida Yuuma.

Main character, voiced by Kawashima Reiji, looks so cute, and rather curious to see this isekai anime with different approach.

So happy that didn't need to wait a long when 2nd cour would come, and see Shall Fen Shall and other new characters.

Another isekai anime, Ishikawa Kaito is voicing the main character. Curious to see this as PV looked promising.

Quite curious to see this as PV looked nice. The strategy game in school environment.

七つの魔剣が支配する/Nanatsu no Maken ga Shihai suru/Reign of the Seven Spellblades

PV looked really good, and story is interesting with the academy full of mysteries.

AIの遺電子/AI no Idenshi/The Gene of AI

I was really in awe when I saw PV first time, so have been curious ever since to see this. Doctor who fixes robots and humanoids. Doctor is voiced by Ootsuka Takeo who also is voicing Kunato from Monogatari.

Main character is voiced Kawashima Reiji, and PV was great, and fantasy world looked nice.

ダークギャザリング/Dark Gathering

Horror and supernatural anime, curious to see this, although haven't been that keen to watch horror but PV looked interesting, and one of the character is voiced by Shimazaki Nobunaga.

ゾン100～ゾンビになるまでにしたい100のこと～/Zom 100: Zombie ni Naru made ni Shitai 100 no Koto/Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead

Another horror and supernatural anime in a row with hint of comedy. PV looked promising, and main character is voiced by Umeda Shuuichirou who has so cute voice, also Furukawa Makoto is there.

Very curious to see this as PV was great and there wasn't a lot to find out for what kind of anime is this, also being Sci-Fi themed makes it interesting.

I was rather surprised how I liked the first season, so excited to see these girls and Klaus. Happy to see this got 2nd season.
