think a big piece of advice is to try and find good people. went through a lot in high school (he says. a senior) but it wasnt nearly as bad as some of my friends had it js cuz they got caught up in drama or picked up bad habits, i was alone but still better off. i also stressed a lot over grades when it turned out fine (even during the hell that was quarantine) so just focus on doing what you can when you can but dont put too much pressure on yourself, assuming youre not going to a super strict academy. also maybe try to get a good sleep schedule i am struggling every morning. most importantly find ways to have fun!! my biggest regret and habit that i am still trying to break is spending every day not talking to anyone just waiting to go home. i trust youll have more luck than me ajdhf but you want to be able to look back at your teenage years and have a least a few nice memories, something that keeps you going if it ever gets bad. promise after the first year it wont feel so scary, just live out your youth however you want to <3 you'll figure it all out as you go. good luck!!
