Pancakes are one of those treats that warm our family and souls. We love spicing them up by infusing some of our favorite flavors, and this time of year our #GingerbreadSpiceJelly is the perfect way to seasonally sweeten these delectable delights! Our household recipe is #eggfree for our sweet James: . 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 3 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp Himalayan salt 1 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup ginger ale 3 tbs room temp butter 1 jar of our #GingerbreadSpiceJelly . Bring Nana’s cast iron (or your favorite pancake pan) to medium heat and butter at will (it’s sweater season after all 😉). These pancakes don’t bubble like their egg filled cousins so keep an eye on the edges(it’s where all the magic is stored).
