it's so funny to me how merlin brought the dragon egg to kilgharrah and after aithusa was born he just.. left. and then kilgharrah immediately bolted too. like they were both expecting the other to look after this extremely rare baby dragon who would be the last of her species but instead she got abandoned in the forest and forgotten about. great job 👍🏽
