SHE'S HERE! 🤩💖

Before me, this was owned by only one person, who claimed to have never listened to it (which is basically a crime if you ask me). They received it directly from Swift's parents during a family barbeque back at their home in Hendersonville. It's printed on a purple CD, and while it does have a tiny bit of water damage on the front, I am still in disbelief that this CD is mine! For those in the know, yes, this does have the pink t-shirt version of "A Place in This World." I haven't done a side-by-side comparison yet, but I swear a couple of these tracks are alternate mixes as well. What I was most surprised to find was that “Smokey Black Nights” is an instrumental track! My guess is that adding it without the vocals was likely an accident, but it's something to cherish nonetheless.

COLLECTION UPDATE: A screenshot of my entire library, updated to March 31, 2025!

It's a giant screenshot that I had to reupload because tumblr couldn't handle it, but it should be easier now! Although I do have ever leaked unreleased song of hers, most of my collection is live performances from when she was twelve and started performing the national anthem and stuff to now. There's also a lot of unofficial remixes, fanmade alternative versions, and whatever I find that I like to be honest. I don't collect every show from every tour (yet) but I do want to have every non-concert performance, such as award shows and festivals. And on a final note, don't judge me for most of the album art I've been collecting since I was twelve 😭 but I swear I'm going through the very long process of changing them!

And if you want to ask (using the ask feature, I don't really respond to direct messages unless I already know you) about anything you see, feel free! I can't share them anymore (unless someone has a file hosting site where it won't get taken down), but I looove talking about this kind of absurd collecting I do. And if you do ask, just know that I don't typically respond to newly created accounts (they could be bots) or ANY anons anymore. If I can't look through your blog and see that you're at least mildly interested in collecting things like this, and aren't doing it for attention or money, then I won't share or talk to you, too many bad experiences over the years.

Edit: so someone I don’t know accused me of stealing this recreated album cover from a blog I’ve never actually talked to before. Someone accused me of this last year and I am just now noticing it by looking through my pinned post (this one). They reblogged this saying “is this the cover @(username) made?” And I know for a fact I replied saying that I did not, that I made it myself, and that they can overlay my recreation and that other person’s recreation to prove it if they wanted. Not only do I still have the PSD, I also have a screenshot of my reply that I sent to my friends asking if they knew why that person would accuse me of that (they did not). But as I am looking at the replies to my pinned post now, I see that they deleted my reply to make it seem like I ignored them, so instead of making a call out post towards that person, I am just going to edit the original post so if they or any other person goes deep enough in their blog, they can see my edit if they click on my post from that person’s blog, and hopefully realize that person lied for no reason. Also, I went to the blog they said I stole from, and they don’t even have a recreation of the album cover at all. So I don’t know how I would have stolen something they don’t have.

Anyway, why would they do that? I never interacted with this person in my life. I follow the blog they accused me of stealing from, but I’ve never interacted with that blog other than maybe liking their reblogs? It’s all so weird. And who knows, I might make a call out post towards that person anyway. Or maybe I’ll message them asking what the hell did I ever do to them.

Shortly after Taylor Swift’s unreleased song “Dark Blue Tennessee” was uploaded onto YouTube, more and more of Taylor's older songs leaked to the public. Fans took both sides of an ongoing debate: Should people protect the privacy of Taylor's unleaked songs or share them for others to hear? Some argued that Taylor wished to keep her songs private, while others believed her songs should be heard. While the debate continued, people started to “trade” songs; fans exchanged songs they want from each other in order to hear them. As a result, more and more people became involved in the trading business, and their trading lists accumulated with the mushrooming number of leaked songs. Before long, these lists contained up to hundreds of unreleased songs.Amist all the excitement, conflict arose.

People known as “scammers,” or those who would claim to have songs they did not have, would allow their trading partners to send their songs first so that they would be the only to benefit from their trade. The same problem in the aforementioned debate sparked controversy in the trading business. Some wanted to prohibit the process of trading because it increased the popularity of protected songs that Taylor wished to keep private. In the end, advocates of the sharing of songs prevailed. After all, no evidence suggested that Taylor did not prefer to have her unreleased music shared to the public. A fan once asked her about her unpublished songs, to which she replied, “I don’t think there’s much I can do.

Taylor Swift: Demo CD - Covers

This is a recreation of a Demo CD Taylor released in 2002, full of only cover songs, and no originals. It was released sometimes during March that year and given to Music Row before she decided to record her original songs to give away. I recreated it using the only image available online (it's a bit cropped compared to the original CD pictures we have) and the fonts are not exact, just close. And don't target me for the boxes not being exact either, they're like that on the original >:(
