COLLECTION UPDATE: A screenshot of my entire library, updated to March 31, 2025!

It's a giant screenshot that I had to reupload because tumblr couldn't handle it, but it should be easier now! Although I do have ever leaked unreleased song of hers, most of my collection is live performances from when she was twelve and started performing the national anthem and stuff to now. There's also a lot of unofficial remixes, fanmade alternative versions, and whatever I find that I like to be honest. I don't collect every show from every tour (yet) but I do want to have every non-concert performance, such as award shows and festivals. And on a final note, don't judge me for most of the album art I've been collecting since I was twelve 😭 but I swear I'm going through the very long process of changing them!

And if you want to ask (using the ask feature, I don't really respond to direct messages unless I already know you) about anything you see, feel free! I can't share them anymore (unless someone has a file hosting site where it won't get taken down), but I looove talking about this kind of absurd collecting I do. And if you do ask, just know that I don't typically respond to newly created accounts (they could be bots) or ANY anons anymore. If I can't look through your blog and see that you're at least mildly interested in collecting things like this, and aren't doing it for attention or money, then I won't share or talk to you, too many bad experiences over the years.

okay. i just landed a gold mine. i cant give too many details but basically i found someone who was selling unreleased Taylor stuff, and I bought a few songs. I’m not willing to share them just yet as I paid a pretty penny, but I’d love to share them one day. I wanted to write out descriptions for each song I received to give everyone a glimpse into Taylor’s unreleased stuff! I can see why most of these songs were left behind (not that they’re bad! But the stuff she released during this era is definitely mostly better in my opinion), but they’re still great songs and I am SO overjoyed to be able to listen to them. (side note: i was told these are all Fearless/Speak Now rejects, I can’t really confirm but they’re definitely around that time, i’d say the latest one is probably Bother Me, it almost sounds like it could fit on Red. But i’m not sure, I wasn’t told when EXACTLY these were written, just that they were early!) ALSO i don’t really use tumblr, but i figured it was the best place to share this!

Bother Me - Taylor’s frustrated with someone who isn’t respecting her space. They think they know her better than she does herself, and feels entitled to her business. In the final chorus, she finally puts her foot down and confronts them. It has more of a rock vibe, kinda similar to The Story of Us and Electric Touch.

Someone Just Told Me - This one describes Taylor having trust issues because she’s been betrayed so many times in her life. But she’s learning how to let people in in spite of that. It explores the fear of trusting somebody new and the vulnerability that comes with giving someone your heart

Wonderful Things - This one is interesting, it’s kind of like a grown of version of the older song Live For The Little Things. Taylor reminds herself to take time to appreciate the little “wonderful” things in life. She tries her best to find the joy in everything even when she’s in a rough patch. She wants to see the beauty and magic in every moment. Incredibly beautiful, I have no idea why this was left off of any of the re records.

His Lies - On the opposite side of the coin, this song is a stark contrast from SJTM. Taylor trusted a boy with her whole life, only to find out she’s been lied to the whole time. It’s sort of bittersweet though, as in the end it touches on forgiveness and learning from her past mistakes. She won’t let his actions keep her in the past. I think this one may be the earliest

Too Beautiful - This one is a super fun, upbeat song. It’s about falling in love and realizing that you’re in way over your head. Taylor wanted to take things slowly, but she can’t resist the urge to spend every last second with the one she loves. She can’t get enough of them. This is one of my favorites of all time, it’s just so feel-good and happy. It has a similar production style to Superman, but in my opinion is a much better song!

Taylor Swift: Demo CD - Covers

This is a recreation of a Demo CD Taylor released in 2002, full of only cover songs, and no originals. It was released sometimes during March that year and given to Music Row before she decided to record her original songs to give away. I recreated it using the only image available online (it's a bit cropped compared to the original CD pictures we have) and the fonts are not exact, just close. And don't target me for the boxes not being exact either, they're like that on the original >:(

Down Bad Title Analysis

Definition: in a bad state or condition - such as 1. a feeling or marked by strong and usually unrequited feelings of attraction, desire, or infatuation 2. Depressed, despondent 3. Badly ill or injured

Taylor has many songs with the word "bad" in them. So for the sake of the length of this post, I will only put the most relevant lyrics for TTPD (but click this if you want to read all of them.)

Taylor has an unreleased song titled Down Came the Rain that was recorded by Deric Ruttan. The song discusses a relationship that Taylor thought was going well, but actually wasn’t. It ended up with her getting broken up with and her partner moving on quickly while she was struggling to.

With all this information, I don't believe this Down Bad is going to be anything like "down bad" means on the internet. I don't think it's going to be sexual unless it's unrequited sexual attraction or her being more attracted to him than he is to her (a theme barely touched upon in Snow On The Beach). My theory (which can easily be wrong) is that this will be a song where she's realizing her partner is falling out of love with her while she is not. So, she would be down bad for him but he would be mildly interested at most.
