Volume 10 theories and headcanons
-I was skeptical at first that some time fuckery would happen after they got home but after the blacksmith said "when" instead of where, I'm thinking a few months have passed.
-New outfits! They seem to update their outfits ever 3 volumes since that's usually how long they're in one area.
-Give yang's ponytail back
-Parents meet eachother
-Raven shows up. I wonder if she felt the bond link break when Yang fell and portal's to her immediately upon feeling her link again.
-Cfvy! And Sssn!
-Headmaster Theodore! And he better be as extra as I imagine him to be!
-Vacuo wildlife
-Cardin, hear me out I just want him to say something to blake and get punched by Yang
-Insufferable bees! I want cuddles! I want kisses! cheek! forehead! all of them! I want there to be a running gag that the bees will disappear randomly and when they reappear Yang has kiss marks all over her face with a dopey grin
-Yang and sun interactions
-Jealous bees
-Coco and Fox being a chaotic duo
-Coco giving sapphic advice to yang
-Velvet taking SO MANY PICTURES out of happiness that her friends are alive
-Velvets dad???
-Weiss finds out her dad didnt make it
-Ilia interacting with rwby, her being happy for blake and tries to give the shovel talk to Yang....tries
-Bee date
-Some good fucking sleep, team cuddle pile?
-Jaune's experiences in the ever after as an adulty adult become fixed in him as past experiences. Like he remembers them but in a way you remember a distant core memory. I like that he has more fighting experience but I think this way it'll be less of a mental shock on his brain. He deserves to still enjoy his youth and not be a literal old man in a young body.
-Tension between Coco and Emerald
-When they realize they're officially home I want Yang to do a pick up spin hug with Blake. Like Blake's legs up and everything.
-Nora and Jaune had a bet on the bees
-Coco had a bet on the bees with her team, velvet wins because she canonically met the bees first and could possibly form a quick opinion.
-Coco and yang arm wrestling
-Ren kissing Nora's scars
-Renora cuddles
-IDGO being bitches
- We missed out on human heater Yang in Atlas, so team cuddle pile in the cold desert night
- Weiss is STRUGGLING in the Vacuo heat. Vale was temperate and Mistral was probably a little warm but Vacuo is the complete opposite climate from Atlas.
- Assuming Yang has a ponytail, everytime she uses her semblance and her hair catches fire, her hair tie burn burns away. So there's just a running gag where she constantly has to put her hair back up after a fight.
- Bonus to previous: Yang never remembers to bring extra hair ties so Weiss and Blake usually have extras on them.
I've had this in my drafts for a bit so I decided to just go ahead and post it and add to it later if I think of more.

Nitpick Number Seven for Nitpick November
Team CRDL doesn't sound like 'Cardinal.' And most team names are missing some element of the color they're meant to be, such as Team SSSN missing a U sound and team FNKI... Also missing a U sound, and Team JNPR missing a U sound and also more importantly imo missing the 'I' sound in between the N and the P. But for the most part, the important letters are all in place. FNKI doesn't really need a U sound to still more or less feel like the word 'Funky,' CFVY is missing their O sound but still is passable as 'Coffee,' Team NDGO more or less properly looks like 'Indigo,' and so on and so forth.
But the N in Cardinal is actually pretty important, as far as making it passable. As it is now, Team CRDL feels like 'Curdle' more than it feels like 'Cardinal.' It'd be like if Nora's name was actually Uru or something and they were called Team JUPR, but it was still pronounced like 'Juniper.' It'd be like if Nebula had been named Idris and they'd been Team IDGO but still had it pronounced like 'Indigo.' It just feels like they couldn't make it actually look enough like 'Cardinal' and said 'fuck it, this team doesn't even matter' and they're right that Team CRDL is like the least important RWBY team, but now we have this Team Curdle looking name and I wish that they'd just done something else instead. Why couldn't they just have changed the name of Dove to Meyer or something in a reference to Meyer's Parrots and made them Team CRML? That at least looks passable as 'Caramel.' And if the color absolutely had to be red based, they could've figured out a way to name them Team CRNT (Current, which is a deep rich ruddy like shade of red.) Instead we get this stupid Team name that misses one of the main crucial sounds of the word we're supposed to call it.

I did not make these, full credit goes to hapuriainen on Deviantart and the game is here for any who are interested
(gonna post this on my blog since the people it’s for have no submit box)
