Preparing for the last weeks of heavy training, being fresh to push through. So todays session 6x3x120kg, 3x3x100kg paused squats, 3x1x72,5kg paused benchpress, 3x3x75kg banded benchpress and then some light accessories for upperbody/core. . My upperbody has been feeling up to beat and strong, but my legs/back have been feeling tired so a bit lighter sessions before the last weeks of this peaking will do me good. It’s 5 weeks left until WEC and even if I’m a bit tired for now, I feel strong and excited to bring my A-game.
