A few reasons why I adore VELUNCY (Grace Muncy and Joe Velasco):

Muncy sitting on Velasco’s desk is cute af. This is 24x03-she was still a newbie to SVU squad. Fin and Olivia weren’t too keen on Muncy yet, but Velasco was fond of her.

The lack of personal space between them>>>

After meeting Teddy in the recent episode, I can see him making a fool of himself by flirting with Amanda at that cop bar like Churlish. Only for Muncy to intervein, not wanting to give Carisi another reason to not like her after messing up the trial, to letting her little brother make moves on his wife. I can see Fin, Velasco and Bruno just casually watching the show while drinking 😂

I can't speak to Teddy or any of the new characters as I'm no longer watching the show, but I do remember how quickly Amanda shut that other ADA who asked her out for lunch in front of Carisi, and that was very funny to watch.

Crossover Theories

About Muncy & Elias Olsen

(Look at the way he looks at Muncy…)

-> Elias Olsen was already planning to take revenge on Muncy in the episode 4.

-> According to some fans on twitter, the woman in the back of the ambulance is Muncy (But there's a chance she's not Muncy). The behind the scenes video partially supports this 👇🏻

-> There are several possibilities. One, he's definitely gonna do something to Muncy. Two, he will do something to Muncy, but it won't be anything serious requiring surgery or anything like that. The third one is that he won't do anything to Muncy. I think the second one makes the most sense, but I will give some reasons for all of them.

For the first one, the video of Molly next to the ambulance and the theories circulating on Twitter that the woman in the ambulance is Muncy can be cited as reasons. Also, Octavio said in an interview that what happens in the crossover events will affect everyone on a personal level. That might be what will affect Muncy. And the fact that Muncy and Velasco won't be in episode 21 of OC (the second episode of the crossover) makes me think that something might have happened to Muncy. Finally, I'm not sure, but Liv, Fin and Velasco could be looking for Muncy in the scene where they are in Times Square (this is of course unlikely and just a guess)

For the second one, if something serious was going to happen to Muncy, shouldn't Michael Trotter (Teddy) have been in the cast of the episode? And if something serious was going to happen, Muncy wouldn't have been in the final episodes. The other reason is that I doubt there's enough time to do a script like this. After all, they can't continue with the same scenario after this episode, there will be a completely different case and it looks like the Elias Olsen case will be closed at the end of the episode. In the trailer we see Muncy walking alone in a dark room with his gun. If something is going to happen, it's probably going to happen there (I hope we get some real Veluncy scenes in this episode). As for the ambulance theory, the woman inside could be Muncy, but maybe it's nothing serious.

As for the third, as I said, there is not enough time to process this scenario. It's also doubtful whether the screenwriters have given Muncy that much attention yet (the same goes for Velasco) And the woman in the ambulance looks a little too red. There's a chance it's not Muncy.

About the order of crossover event

-> According to some news sites, the crossovers will last 4 episodes (svu 21 - oc 21 - svu 22 - oc 22 respectively). However, the synopsis of SVU ep 21 has nothing to do with the 'big case' mentioned in the synopsis of the crossovers. This means that if the crossovers are really going to last 4 episodes, the event will start at the end of SVU ep 21, when Elliot arrives.

Confirmed theory!!!

-> Velasco and Reyes will be partnered in the ‘big case’. (The only thing I’m hopeful about)

About Rollins and the baby

-> Now that Rollins is back for a few episodes and she's pregnant, I don't think she's coming back without a little celebration. Granted, this is more of a hope than a theory. But given the complexity of the case, it's also possible that it won't be tied up in the season finale and we'll have to wait for the new season to see what happens…

About the ‘big case’

-> In a nutshell, the case develops when DNA from one of the SVU cases matches an unsolved murder in the Organized Crime Unit. Jet's dangerous hacking attempts will follow, and the case will become much bigger. Benson and Stabler will then be taken off the case for some reason. I honestly have no idea about the crossover. Only Oscar Papa has a connection, but I don't know if this DNA is related to Elias Olsen or if it's unrelated, as I guessed.

I'm curious about your thoughts 🫠 I don’t feel ready for all this mess… and looks like we’re not getting Veluncy scenes anymore 🥺 SVU makes me want to cry these days.
