En sevdiğim ikili köfte patates 🥔 Köfteleri zaten yıllardır yağsız tavada kızartıyorum. Patatesleri de actifry’da pişiriyorum. Actifry’ı ilk aldığımızda ay bu patatesler kuru mu ya diye burun kıvırırken şimdi yağda kızarmış patates yiyemez oldum. Şu gördüğünüz küp patatesleri kızartmak için sadece 1 tatlı kaşığı yağ kullandım. O da zeytinyağı 🌱 Evime iyiki almışım dediğim elektroniklerden kendisi. Önceleri pahalı diyerek almamıştık ama kızartma yaparken kullanılan koca şişe yağları düşününce fiyatının hakkını verdiğini görüyorsunuz. Ayrıca hiç pişmanlık duymadan çıtır çıtır yemekler de cabası 🕺🏼Bu arada mücveri ben hep fırında yapıyordum, geçenlerde actifry’da denedim kızartmayla aynı oldu tadı. Dışı kıtır, içi börek gibi 🥙 Tek eksiği bizimki küçük olandan o yüzden kızartmalar falan en fazla 3 kişilik oluyor. Çorba veya salatalarınıza kıtır ekmek tarifim var bugün. Hamur klasik ekmek hamuru efendim ancak kekik ve pul biberle çeşnilendirildi. 1.5 cup su 2 cup kepekli un 2 cup beyaz un 1 tbap zeytinyağ 1 tbsp şeker 1 tsp tuz 3/4 tbsp kekik 1/2 tbsp pul biber 1.5 tsp instant maya Ekmek makinede pişirilip soğuduktan sonra küp küp doğranarak tefal actifry marifeti ile 20 dakika kızartıldı.
