A Disney Goofy Classic - 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea - 1978 Walt Disney Productions - FREE with the purchase of CREST toothpaste - 46 pages (inside front cover to inside back cover) This book has ZERO credits beyond the Disney and Crest logos. But as this book is the size, shape and construction of a Whitman Tell-A-Tale book, I have to believe this book was published/manufactured by Western Publishing using Western Publishing talent.    As the comic content of the pages is perfectly square with not a lot of room to move elements around without having to redraw things, I don’t think the comic story in this book was reprinted from any previously existing comic, nor reprinted in any comic after this.
