Oscar blinks slowly, suddenly significantly more concerned that he has a concussion than he was before Lando opened his mouth. "What?"

"We have to – you have to like, shit," Lando stutters, eyes frantic as he looks down the hallway. "Like this," He says, grabbing Oscar's biceps and switching their positions – Oscar standing before Lando, Lando with his back pressed against the wall. With a hiss, "Hide me, Hide me!"

With even more urgency, Lando snags Oscar's hands and slams them against wall – pinning himself, making a cage of Oscar's arms. He works fast and catches Oscar off-guard, making him almost fall into Lando with a huff.

"Wh–" Oscar starts, brain completely filled with static as he stares at Lando – sea-glass eyes so close that he can almost pick apart the individual hues. Lando's not even looking at him, focus still darting between his cover and down the hall, but Oscar's heart is racing, his mind is reeling.

Lando freezes as a the sound of heels echoes down the corridor, rapid and insistent.

"Don't let her see me," Lando whispers, shrinking down a bit to hide in Oscar's shadow. Instinctively, Oscar shifts – broadening his stance, turning his shoulders to be better cover Lando from the source of the noise.

"What did you do?" Oscar whispers back, earning a frantic shake of the head; Lando's curls bounce back and forth painfully endearingly.

The footsteps grow louder, pace slowing minutely as they approach. A fresh wave of distress crosses Lando's face, cheeks flushing a youthful pink. "Kiss me."

Oscar absolutely has a concussion.

"Lando –"

"Sorry!" Lando squeaks, eyes wide, as he cups Oscar's jaw with both hands, pulling him forward – pulling them together. Oscar gasps into it, leaning harder into his hands as Lando drags him, as Lando's lips find his in an instant.

He smells like spices and ocean waves and sunshine, lazy summer mornings spent lounging on fresh linen. Lando Norris, object of Oscar's fixation since he transferred schools, smells like everything warm and good and nostalgic.

And he's soft.

His hands on Oscar's jaw, big enough to hold his head like it's nothing, are deceptively soft – delicate despite the desperate way he clings to him.

Oscar moves, hands sliding from the wall and arms draping over Lando's shoulders; he's hiding him better this way, pulling him closer to his chest and shielding him with his broader torso. Lando moves, too; he tilts his head to the side, parting his lips just enough to sigh against him, just enough to make Oscar snap back to reality.

The noise is gone.

Oscar opens his eyes, half-stunned by the gentle fan of Lando's lashes, half-focused on the actual issue: "She left," He says, words muffled against Lando's mouth.

"Whatever," Lando replies, eyes slowly fluttering open – not yet releasing his grip on Oscar's jaw. "Wanna keep going?"

Oh my fucking go–

"Yeah," He says, feeling Lando smile against him.

Lando tastes, he learns, like green tea and mint gum.

I saw you answered my ask, and I totally will reblog it (planning a little something), but I just want to ask, I’ve been listening to the Creaks OST, and I love it! Do you have any more video game OST recommendations?

RARRRGHHGGHHG IM SO HAPPY TO HEAR YOURE LOVIN THE CREAKS OST!!!!! Seriously I think it's one of my top favorite OSTs to listen to whenever I need some music while I draw/write, or if I need inspiration for a very specific tone. It's just oogoughughugh soooo phenomenal. As for other recommendations!! I'll suggest some that immediately popped into my head when I first read this question! Night In The Woods - This game has a wonderful soundtrack, it's also another game where I'll put on the complete OST as background sound. But my two favorite songs out of them all have to be: Astral Alley & Astral Coal , specifically these two versions [which I've provided through the links!] where the creator mixed and matched different instrument tracks to see how they'd sound & what emotions they'd evoke. Honestly I think they accomplished their mission perfectly, I swear this is the only version of these songs I listen to and there's certain segments throughout them that just go insanely hard.

Super Paper Mario - Another fantastic game with an equally fantastic soundtrack. Honestly I need to give it another listen cause it's been a little while, but some of my favorites that came into my mind instantly were: The Ultimate Show, The Woah Zone [especially 1:30 and beyond, something about that repetitive 'falling' sound is just so perfect to me], and Memory [a very very beautiful mashup of multiple songs throughout the game]. THIS VERY SPECIFIC SONIC SONG --> Solaris Phase 2 ITS LITERALLY SO PERFECT FOR IMAGINING AN INTENSE FAST FIGHT SCENE BETWEEN TWO OR MORE CHARACTERSSSS RAAARRGHHGH NIGHTS JOURNEY OF DREAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!! PROBABLY ONE OF MY OTHER FAVORITE OST TO LISTEN TOOOOOOOOOO ESPECIALLY THE BOSS MUSIC Some of my personal favorites: Drifting Donbalon [something about those voices that come n go throughout this song is just sooooooo fantastic], Queen Bella's Ball [SUCH A BANGER SUCH A BANGER I could listen to this one for eons], and NiGHTS and Reala [Specifically from 1:25 to the very end, it brings such an ecstatic and freeing feeling it's just rhaogughurhgsdjgjfddg melts its so awesome]

16. What kinds of people do they have arguments with in their head?

okay i truly think scotch argues with seraph in his head all the time. ALL the time. scotch largely ignores them, and vice versa, because he dislikes them and they know it. seraph is very conflict avoidant lol, and as long as hes not a "threat" they dont care to talk to him about their problems. he probably argues with atlas and jacob (his older brother) too, atlas about more stupid small stuff, and jacob about childhood and life stuff :p

im trying to think of more general groups he would argue with but i cant come up with anything BAHAH. hes not exactly conflict avoidant in the annoying libra way that seraph is, he more just ignores conflict for his friends’ (mostly atlas’) sake. idk if that makes sense LOL

35. What is the smallest, morally questionable choice they’ve made?

hmmm.. smallest? i mean scotch strings eloise along for most of the time pre timeskip. its not a main focus but its definitely important in order to understand scotch as a whole. she and scotch go out for a while, and mid way through that he realizes hes GAY gay. lol. and obviously lying to her about that is pretty questionable after a while. especially since he and atlas have been 👉👌 like the whole time. but she kind of knows. well

something a little bigger would be him encouraging or otherwise turning a blind eye to all the weird stuff atlas is up to. he doesn't know what it's like to be a werewolf, he can't say anything, right? lol.... murder is okay if its a talking dog doing it. scotch enabler supreme. actually when seraph is introduced, he and atlas have a 'joke' (kind of starts being real) about luring seraph somewhere to kill them. obviously doesnt happen and gets abandoned. but i think its important to know about their dynamic LOL

this guy is kind of goofy. i cant think of phrases rn but he has a specific way of speaking.. you could watch pretty much any old pop punk band interview and kind of get the idea. HAHAH

atlas is a big fan of saying 'its fine' for all situations ever. family in mortal danger? its fine. completely splitting? its fine. arthritis excruciating? its fine. hes one of those people that dont like to deal with the fawning of others unless hes feeling real special. Ends up putting people in more danger a lot of the time. i think eloise is the only fan of communication in this friend group to be honest. i should have made her the main character

he tends to make promises he cant keep as well, but thats more general..

6. What’s their favorite [insert anything] that they’ve never recommended to anyone before?

i have NO idea. i feel like atlas would be a music snob, so maybe his favorite 'super underground' bands. otherwise he'd probably never recommend raw human meat to another human (no matter how much scotch asks -__-).. (he would chicken out anyway)

55. What’s something they’re expected to enjoy based on their hobbies / profession that they actually dislike / hate?

um. so atlas hates working out. he especially hates running, you know, the thing that wolves are known for doing a lot of? unfortunately the lycanthropy came with a side effect of pretty bad arthritis, so that doesnt exactly encourage him. he DOES exercise, a lot since hes pretty much required for his ermm "side job", but he hates it 😸 besides the arthritis it’s mostly because I think it’s silly that he hates it. yay

so for quick reference i am natively from sumeru, and meeting kaeya is heavily based on his hangout quest LMAO. i’m an interior designer looking to travel to mondstadt to meet lisa. i meet kaeya thru collei since they are already acquainted!

kaeya graciously offers to escort me to mondstadt , and i thank him by taking him out for drinks at the tavern! it’s a bit awkward at first but we end up talking late into the evening and grow closer.

once we travel to mondstadt, i stay there for awhile and he is like my travel companion, keeping up with me and since i work a bit w lisa we cross paths at the knights of favonius.

he often will take me around mondstadt, horseback riding and picnics and such. even shows me how to make wine at the winery!

ppl often tell me kaeya’s mood has changed since he met me (insert long tangent about his current problem being loneliness) and that they’re glad we met. meeting adeline is the best bc she is really happy kaeya has met someone that makes him happy. <3

Aubergine feels the most guilt when children are put in danger or forced to witness The Horrors, it doesn’t actually matter if he was involved in the introduction of children to danger or the Horrors he’s just every time irrationally “I could’ve done more to keep them from this.” He tries his best to Get Them Outta Dere and then compartmentalizes his feelings into neat little cubbies and never investigates or addresses them in any worthwhile way :)

Es feels the most guilt when he sees another person doing good, because he feels the most There Is Something Wrong With Me when he’s confronted with goodness. He responds by disassociating so hard he also physically leaves ❤️

35. What is the smallest, morally questionable choice they’ve made?

Truly they have both done so many morally questionable things without thought or hesitation…

Aubergine’s is probably like, going “haha wow this guy is an idiot and going to get himself killed!” to some wannabe adventurer and then giving them some generally encouraging words because he wants to see where this goes

Es gave Mol some funds for her #lilrascal plans, which is morally questionable because you probably shouldn’t encourage this behaviour in children

42. If invited to a TED Talk, what topic would they present on? What would the title of their presentation be?

Aubergine would give a genuinely extremely interesting and well researched talk on the role and history of wealth on politics and how the issue can be worsened or mitigated through policy change, and then he manages to convince like 70% of the audience to scan a QR code and invest in some startup he’s doing. It’d be called something like “Dragons Talk” <- sword coast currency is called dragons and also he’s a draconic sorcerer

let me tell you man .... i am. So frustrated . they didnt put any concept art of phantys sprites in there . theres no way they didnt draw any!!!!!! theres no way that phanty didnt affect his design!!!!! its so clear the twist was taken into consideration in his design but they dont make any comments on it... its not like they had to avoid spoilers 'cause theres phantys in the sprite section ... im planning a heist on capcoms headquarters for the secret phantys. i would do anything to see them.

hi my sweet sua, please excuse how late this is, but i hope your week has been lovely ^_^

he is most known for falling asleep while eating, so a lot of times it makes me panic but once he wakes up, i can laugh about it. i honestly see it happen enough times that im just saving his face from hitting his food now 💀.

he also has a habit of talking in his sleep, he’s kinda a restless sleeper and mumbles sometimes 😭 i sleep heavy enough to where it doesn’t bother me, and sometimes i’m curious as to what he is thinking about.

ace also likes to pull me onto his lap. if he’s sitting down somewhere and i’m nearby, he will often just drag me onto his lap and won’t let me go. sometimes it’s annoying if i’m in the middle of something, but alas 😔 it’s okay bc he’s cute when he’s clingy. ☝️‼️

lastly i think he likes to put his hat on my head :> he always tells me that his hat is safest with me, and tells me to watch it for him (he really just appreciates how cute i look in it and needs an excuse heehee 😌).

stella is the main antagonist of the story fafnir and yumi (or the ephie / jiho / kaguya trio, if you're more familiar with them) are from! she's a demon princess who's entire goal is to eradicate humans — and any one else that isn't a demon, too, but mainly humans, since they're the ones that condemned her race in the first place.

she's... a little self important and full of herself, as well as being pretty vengeful and spiteful — but it's hard not to be when you've been told from the time you were born that you will — no, you have to — get revenge for your ancestors and had stories of your peoples' slaughter told to you in place of fairytales. she's willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her goals, even if that means using an unsuspecting person — a glorified child — as a makeshift harbinger that he never wanted to be.

does she like doing it? nobody knows — she won't let anyone see behind the curtain long enough to figure it out.

Blurb idea!!

Hear me out the bau has been on a case all week and at lunch at the precinct reader comes up to spencer and is like “wanna go get coffee somewhere?! :3” obviously trying to spend some time with him but he is not picking up on the situation at all and is like “there’s coffee right here, want me to pour you some?” Like he just genuinely thought reader had no idea there was coffee. Then she kinda lets it go and Morgan walks up to reid overhearing the convo being like “my man wtf r u doing she doesn’t gaf abt the coffee!!! She wants to hang out w u!!” And reids all like ohhhhhh and feels like an idiot and walks back over to her and takes her up on the offer 😭😭

Spencer's tired. He's been up for almost two days straight, eyes strained as he scans through mountains of paper at the speed of light. The unsub they're tracking was a proficient journaler, and each composition notebook gets more and more gory. He's just in the middle of reading about victim number three and her unfortunate demise when you step into his line of sight, placing a hand over the page.

"Hey Spencer," You grin down at him when he squints up at you.

"Hey," He hums, "Everything okay?"

"Yeah," You nod, bouncing on the balls of your feet, "You look tired, though. Wanna grab some coffee with me?"

His brain is still filled with violent visions, blood-spattered pages, and scripted writing pressed so hard into the page that the ink bleeds, and he doesn't pick up on your subtext.

"Oh, I'm okay," He hums, head ducked back down to the page, "I've got some already. It's in the break room if you want some."

"Oh. Uh, okay. Thanks, Reid."

He lets you leave with a soft 'mhm', but his head snaps back up when he feels someone swat at the back of it, hard.

"Ow! Morgan," Spencer glares at the man, rubbing the sore spot on the back of his head, "What's wrong with you?"

"Me?" Derek's eyes widen, "What's wrong with you?"

"Well my head hurts," Spencer gripes, "What do you mean?"

"She was askin' you out, man!"

Spencer frowns, "She asked if I wanted coffee."

"No, she asked if you wanted to go get coffee with her. She was asking to spend time alone with you, she was asking you out!"

"Oh." Spencer looks pleased with himself for a moment, then his brain catches up to him and he remembers what he'd said in response, face dropping "Oh."

He scrambles out of his chair, leaving the journal open-faced on the desk. He barely catches you by the shoulder before you can disappear into the kitchen, and you turn with a slightly defeated look in your eye. Spencer tries not to dwell on it.

"Hey," He speaks in a shaky, awkward voice, "Uh, actually, it turns out the coffee here is terrible. Are you still up for a walk to the cafe?"

All at once you brighten, Spencer practically feels the warmth shoot through your veins where his hand rests on your shoulder.

"I'd love to," You gush, grabbing his free hand, "C'mon, Spence! We have to get there before the danishes run out!"

Spencer sits back down at his desk an hour and a half later, $12 poorer, but a whole lot happier. And he pockets the note that Derek has slipped between two pages of the journal, dreading what punishment the man would inflict on him: You owe me big time, pretty boy!
