a loud knock pounded on the door. it was 4am on a tuesday night. the rain was thundering down heavily.

the figure huddled under the small porch, trying to shield himself from the cold weather. hands shaking as he wrapped his jacket closer to his body, he let out another knock on the door- more desperate this time.

“open the goddamn door, please!”

su-bong stepped back, wiping his eyes. he noticed the light on the top floor turned on. his shoulders relaxed in relief, seeing a shadow of a figure open the door.

“can- can i come in..please?”

Piercing dark eyes peered from behind the door, examining Su-bong. He was soaking wet and shivering from the downpour, and he seemed to be covering evidence of a scuffle.

Silently, the older man guided him in, leading to a round table at the edge of the kitchen area. Taking a seat, he crossed his arms and stared, as if waiting for an explanation. Even such mundane things were intimidating when done by Deok-su.

..."Well? What the hell happened to you?!"

So a lil thing I noticed in squid game…

I’m sure you guys are tired of hearing about thanos and I’m sure every theory about him has been said somewhere (including the crazy people who think he’s alive) but anyway. So in the Thanos rap part to the bee girl, he says “Red, orange, yellow, green (빨주노초)” which I noticed is ALSO a line in Choi Seung Hyun’s rap part in Last Dance. Could be coincidence but anyway it’s just really cool. Everyone is pointing out how his dancing mirrors Bang Bang Bang but I haven’t seen anyone point this one out yet.

"took you about time" su-bong rolled his eyes, buckling his seatbelt, watching the woman jump into the passenger seat.

su-bong turned on the engine and started the car. the sun was about to set, casting the orange and red hue in the sky. it was pretty late as well. su-bong glanced at the time on his phone. 7pm.

"ice cream first? i got the good stuff. edibles, weed, maybe even some pills too. check the glove." gesturing to the glove compartment, he reached into his jean pocket, throwing a small packet of pills onto semi's lap. "why reason in specific, why you wanted to hang out today?

Se-Mi chuckled softly, shaking her head but still feeling the weight of the situation. "Fine, fine," she said with a playful roll of her eyes, her fingers brushing over the pills on her lap again before tossing them back to him. "We'll save the fun for later, then."

She turned her attention back to the window, watching the sky as the sun dipped lower. "But, seriously, I did wanna talk. There's a lot I’ve been keeping to myself, and I guess it just felt right to bring it up now." Her voice softened a little, a mix of vulnerability and annoyance at herself. "I don’t know why I waited until now, but I guess I just needed to stop pretending everything’s fine."

Her gaze flicked back to Su-Bong. "But yeah, let’s grab the ice cream first. We’ll deal with the rest when it’s time."

“yo senorita!” the purple haired boy yelled. he walked over to se-mi with a cocky smile on his face. “we need another person for this six legged game. you wanna join us? we could use a chick like you to help us out. what you say?” he looked at se-mi up and down.

Se-mi exhales through her nose, staring at him for a long moment, arms still crossed. She glances at his group—clearly desperate for someone competent. Finally, clicks her tongue. "Sure"

She steps forward, hands slipping into her pockets as she gives the purple-haired boy a pointed look. "But if you slow me down, I’m leaving you in the dust. Got it?"
