My cat, Happy, has a funny little habit. He won't eat all his food unless i watch over him, guard his furry little behind.

He'll eat, but not ALL his food. Cat thing, right?

So now i sat down to eat (muesli in cocoa, don't judge me, muesli in europe is a healthy food it's just tasteless) and my cat decided to stand guard over me. The whole time he just sat there watched me, got curious over what i was eating only once (I let him smell it but he didn't touch it nor would i have let him) and once i finished he wanted cuddles.

He is so.damn cute i can't.

Not every day can be one of glee and mirth, the employees whom Sesshomaru fired point blank this morning can attest to that. However, the evening had come about and Rin hadn’t been seen much. Not to which Sesshomaru worries– she’s a smart child and can tend to herself when she’s not subjecting the nanny to something… ‘creative’.

The tug is noted and Sesshomaru looks at her from his spot on the couch. The slacks bunching under her tiny hands. An expression most telling upon her face. That would explain the silence. The news is turned over to some other show in their queue and he will touch the seat. A silent gesture for her to sit with him.

Rin gave the smallest hint of a smile, the most she could muster at the given moment and climbed up next to her guardian. She closed her eyes as she snuggled into his side, the warmth of another body next to her doing more for her then anything else. It had only been two years since her family had been murdered in front of her, and all things considered, she was doing better then anyone could have hoped, but sometimes missing them just overwhelmed her. 

So, after several long minutes of silence Rin finally looks up to the man and gives him her first honest smiles all day, though it’s still not as bright at her normal one. She still hoped it got her thanks and appreciation across though.
