I've been thinking about this all night and I had to draw it!! Poppy would be a music teacher and Branch would be a science teacher!!

Poppy is definitely Miss Frizzle coded and she'd wear all sorts of colorful, artsy outfits every day.

The students don't know why Poppy follows Branch around and insists that they're friends when he's so annoyed by her. But sometimes, they ARE seen outside of school together...

I think this is exactly what happened to ACOTAR. Explains all the crazy takes this fandom has been plagued with since 2021

Yes, this is very on point. That's exactly what's been happening--not to say that a fandom shouldnt have new readers/consumers. But the discourse has been happening for about a decade around ACOTAR and GAs seem to think that they have something new and profound to say, whereas they really just don't. There isnt any new and amazing info that they'd gleaned from ACOSF. There aren't any new and amazing ships that have been set up in a bonus. I wish GAs added something to the conversation but they only sow discord, which is unfortunate.

do you have any favorite aus or fics in the trolls fandom?

Ooooo brilliant and hard question...

Now, I've been in the fandom since the second movie (didn't have social media when the first came out), but a trend I have seen are the different swap aus! I really like them... Be it Poppy and Branch swapped, or who's doing the world tour (big fan of this one, I loved the different pop world tours), or who's stuck in that diamond perfume bottle. There are many good ones, so I think my favorite type of au is the swap ones. Hard to have one definitive favorite tbh

And for fics... There are many brilliant and wonderful fanfics out there, and I read many, but I'm gonna recommend a few where I really like the concepts, execution, and writing style :)
