I should've documented my throat chakra journey here. Ever since I started singing I've been able to find my voice, and not only that, but make it beautiful...

So grateful I found my truth too. I remember everything now, and I think just keeping it secret and seeing all of it's power was what gave me too much dopeamine. I can still hear and speak it so 🤷‍♂️. I might try and find be sometime when I can talk to someone for a minute. Been hanging out with Jerren most of the day. We smoked a cig at like 7am cuz I took a whole bunch of prescription anti-anxiety meds and a double strong cup of kava. Knocked out at like 4pm or something and woke up at 6am. Then he cooked me, Dane, Gerret,, Mia, and himself cheese bagels with cream cheese, avocado, bacon, and eggs on them and toasted in the oven. Yum. Then I ate some of those dehydrated strawberries...yum. Now thazit
