Where in Aus are you thinking of buying where 100k deposit is enough 😭 or is that more of a contribute to other savings situation lol. I'm looking at 2 bedroom Apartments for 700k 😐

It’d be a contribution since I’m currently doing the first home super saver scheme. Also for your first house you don’t need a 20% deposit necessarily, though u do need to be able to make the payments so 😬 not great. Also there’s no fucking way I’m affording a house within five years so it was kind of a random number. I think in reality I’d just put the whole $250k in etfs. maybe go on a little holiday.
