Watched "The Outside" from Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities with my roommates
We all agree it was wack and the weakest episode so far
#general consensus in the apartment was that none of the things they propose have any pay off#and everything feels like it didnt push far enough#we were all so disappointed#like theres so many things they couldve explored and push to really make ut horror#and it felt so halfway#they didnt really explore the body horror#the peer and media pressure was very mid#the beauty cream monster felt like it wasnt really utilized#like man it was so disappointing#even the moment where she goes to the secret santa#we were all expecting a carrie moment but it was just mid#we ended up brainstorming ideas and things we thought were gonna happen and then we got quiet and we agreed we shouldve gone to sleep after#the autopsy#the autopsy was so damn good man#f#mein shit#the cabinet of curiosities
