made double of the fermented poolish for my loaves of bread so the goal is to try and get them both baked this morning before I have to go get my nails done HOWEVER I also have back to back meetings so it’s going to be a bit funky

#the good news is the poolish can go up to 24 hours and I finished it at 10:45 yesterday #so really as long as the second loaf is shaped #I can probably let it do its final rise in the fridge #the nail appointment is at noon so very feasible #I think #and of COURSE today my body finally wanted sleep so I sleep in until 6:30 #thoughts? thoughts
