Wait Kobayashi is the head writer for OOO? I haven't watched it yet... Is it the same Kobayashi that head wrote for ToQger?

She was also the head writer on Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon and the Garo mini-series Zero: Black Blood, and has done a lot of anime, including one of the Garo shows. Currently she's the head writer for the entire Jojo's Bizarre Adventure anime franchise (and the Rohan live-action drama).
