Sorry for the dumb question but I don't know much green lantern lore. Is the way Tom Taylor characterizes Dick closer to how Hal is usually depicted? (Or mischaracterized?)

It came from us talking about how sm characters can beat Superman to mocking injustice to talking about tt’s lanterns and how Hal was one of the better parts of injustice and how if you read injustice you never think huh Nightwing stan and how weird it is he went to nw instead of gl or flash after injustice when he really doesn’t seem to care about Dick so our conspiracy is that instead of it being a reskinned Batman or Spider-Man pitch it’s a gl one and tbh..we’re onto him

*the idea it’s reskinned is by itself a separate conspiracy because his nw run is so void of Dick’s actual character and so clearly a year 1 type story the real question is who was it a pitch for before and the common consensus is either Bruce or Peters Spider-Man
