Learned a new technique in photoshop today and while I have no idea what to really do with it... enjoy my boy Eight in the style of an oil painting I guess 🤷♀️

Night of the Doctor anniversary
But today it's not only Paul's 64th birthday. It's also the 10th anniversary of The Night of the Doctor. Ten years already since the day this minisode came out.
I have seen it so many times, that I know every line and every word. Paul is superb as the Eighth Doctor, battered and tired of the Time War.
My favourite moments are: His entrance (gives me a chill down my spine every time), his regeneration, of course, and I also love these little funny moments, like (my very favourite) "Four minutes? That's ages! What if I get bored? I need a television, a couple of books, anyone for chess? Bring me knitting!", or "Look on the bright side, I am not a Dalek!"
Happy 10th anniversary!!!

I can’t think of Night of the Doctor without getting Video Killed The Radio Star stuck in my head and now you won’t be able to either.

Well, I am at the point in my Doc who Marathon where I have to watch this again.
In 7 minutes flat McGann channels everything I love about 8 into his performance. The happiness and eagerness to show Cass the universe, the sadness and grief he carried post - Lucie Miller and his defeatist attitude towards the time war.
It makes me cry. Every time without fault. My favourite incarnation ever. A character that means so much to me and him dying because he could not save one person.
It also itches the spot in my brain when this cannonises Big finish, when he lists his companions. In retrospect him not saying Liv or Helen is funny to me. TBF that list could go on for eons.
I am in awe of how perfect this is.

Paul McGann Used to Think He'd Killed Doctor Who
Paul McGann Used to Think He'd Killed #DoctorWho
The 1996 TV Movie was supposed to be a brand new start for Doctor Who. Despite recieving quite good viewing figures over here in the UK, the co-produced project didn’t perform as well in America as originally hoped and as a result, The TV Movie was relegated to history along with the rest of Classic Doctor Who.
But despite the fact that it was the viewing figures and behind the scenes problems…

Good morning Paul McGann fandom!
This is an Instagram post of Mr. Steven Ricks from last night .
I was so excited and really wanted to scream.
But I will say no more. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
