man, i gotta do more stuff with the unholy quad (jj x dark x wilford x anti, named by dancing-heart-pony whom i'm forever kissing the head of cuz of his art of the four), sucks that the normalcy au is eating my brain cells so i can't really focus on anything else right now
......
[realizes there's nothing stopping me from just adding the unholy quad to the au, it would just require a little rewriting]

Word Count: 1704
Request: hello, i'm wondering if you can do a villain reader x spider man? reader has the of flight and earth power and she steals, but never kills. while fighting spiderman, he tries to convince her to use her powers for good. thank you!
A/N: Okay I hope you like this, and I gave her plant powers instead of flying (but she still was able to fly!!) I know you said she never kills, BUT she’s only killing the bad guys because she feels a need to protect the citizens. I know it’s not what you requested, I’m sorry but I still hope you like it! If you want me to rewrite I totally can! This took awhile to write and there could be a part two if you guys really like it! Thank you for reading and be sure to request some more xo

You were a good person, you really were. And you never meant for anyone to get hurt, the first time was just accident. You had great control over your powers, and only intended to use them for good. You wanted to save people, be a hero, and maybe even work alongside Spider-Man.
Those dreams were crushed a few weeks ago. Some guy tried to rob you of your backpack, which held your phone, your money, and a lot of other important things. When you fought back, the lowlife pulled a gun out and pointed it at you. You grew angry, and what happened next is something you won’t forget.
You pelted him with tiny rocks, pointed a sharpened piece of earth (like a spike), and then your other power revealed itself. The tiny weeds growing out from under the building next you suddenly grew taller, and wrapped itself around the man’s legs. He looked down in panic, and before he knew it, the planets were wrapped around his neck. The robber’s face began to turn blue, and he struggled to breathe. You knew you should stop, and even though you wanted to stop choking him, you couldn’t. His feet dangled as the plants lifted him higher in the area. His body fell limp, and your eyes widened in horror. You dropped him, and the plants receded to their prior state.
You crouched down over the man’s body, and carefully put your fingers to his neck. There was no pulse. You panicked, and your breath quickened. You swug  your backpack over your shoulder and hurried home. It took two whole days before you could stop shaking. You were only 15, and didn’t know how to handle the responsibility that came with having powers.
A few weeks later, you were walking home after a study session, when you heard a woman’s muffled screams. You sped up to a dark and inhabited alley, to see a man running his hand down her body. You grew angry again, and only angrier after his head turned towards. He smiled a wicked grin and said, “What’re ya lookin’ at?”
You outstretched your arms in front of you, hitting him with rock spikes. You continued to do so until one stabbed him in the chest. The woman didn’t think twice about running away, and you weren’t sure if she was thankful to be free… or afraid you.
With one look, you knew the man was dead. This time, you felt no remorse, but instead pride in cleaning up the streets of Queens. A piece of shit rapist like him didn’t deserve mercy… Or the murders, and you vowed to keep the good people, like the woman and yourself, safe. Spider-Man clearly wasn’t doing a good enough job.
From now on, you would venture out into Queens during the night time, and kill others to protect people. You didn’t think you had any other way to protect them.
To blend in with the dark, you wore black over-the-knee stockings, paired with some dirt-covered green converse. You wore black spandex shorts, and a long dark green shirt with two holes cut at the end of your sleeves for your thumbs. It wasn’t exactly high fashion or all techy like Spider-Man’s, but it got the job done and looked decent. In order to protect yourself, you wore a plain, black mask. Your hair was in a low pony to keep it out of your face.
You lifted a huge piece of rock from the ground, stepped on top of it, and raised it so that it levitated. This was how you got around; flying on a giant rock. Basically, this was your “patrol car.”
It was another humid summery night, and you were zooming around the city. You were about to turn the corner when you felt feet come into contact with your chest, sending you flying off your rock. You raised another rock out of the street, and caught yourself. You turned around to see a red and blue hero. Spider-Man.
Your mouth was opening without you realizing it. “Oh my God, you’re Spider-Man! This is so cool!”
He seemed confused for a moment and just looked around. He mumbled something, but you couldn’t hear what he said. “What did you say?” You yelled at him, with a frown on your face.
Spider-Man audibly sighed. “I said, that’s not why I came here.” And before you knew it, he shot a web at your feet. You were now stuck to your rock. “That was a lot easier than I thought.” He said, and you could practically hear the grin in his voice.
You rolled your eyes. “Really?”
“Hey I’m sorry but—”
He was interrupted by your rock levitating higher into the air. You might have not been able to move your feet, but you still had your powers.
“You’ve gotta be kidding me!” He shouted from below you, causing you to laugh. You motioned your arm causing a little spike to break off your transportation rock. You quickly sliced the web. You floated back down, and stepped off right in front of Spider-Man.
“Why did you do that?” You whined. You only wanted to be friends with him. Instead of responding to your question he sent another web your direction, which you of course blocked with a rock. “I really didn’t want it to be like this. I was such a big fan!” You shook your head. You raised your arms up, causing the little plants scattered around you to shoot up, and wrap around his arms.
“What the fuck…” He mumbled. Spider-Man grabbed hold of the weeds wrapped around him even more, and then pulled them down, ripping their roots out of the ground.
“Hey!” You shouted angrily at him. “Why did you kill the plants!?”
“I have a better question for you; Why did you kill the people?” He shouted back at you, webbing up onto a lamp post, swinging around to kick you in the head. You fell backward, and rubbed your head in pain.
“You mean the rapists, and murders? I think it’s pretty self-explanatory.” You sneered at him. You weren’t the bad guy here, so why was he treating you as one? You both stood across each other from the road.
“Look, I know they’re bad, but you can’t just go killing people!”
“I can and I will!” You said, as you shot him up in the air on a flying rock. He started yelling as the rock shot up rapidly, and before you knew it, he wrapped one of his stupid webs around your foot. You flew up with him, and screamed along with him. The rock was up pretty high before it started falling. You struggled to grab ahold of the piece of earth with powers.
“Hey uhhh Rockie? Might wanna stop this thing!” You could hear him yell despite the wind roaring in your ears.
“I-I can’t!” You stammered. The ground got closer and closer, and you squeezed your eyes shut bracing yourself for a painful impact. You waited and waited, but never felt anything. You opened your eyes to see Spider-Man holding onto the ledge of a building you must’ve passed on your way down. He had a web attached to your hand.
Spider-Man climbed up onto the roof, and slowly pulled you up. You came face to face with him, and your feet dangled over the ledge. You feared he would have no mercy on you, just as you hadn’t with the people you killed. “If you’re gonna drop me, do it already.”
There was a silence, before he webbed your feet together and hands to your sides, finally pulling you over the ledge. “That’s the difference between you and me; I don’t kill.”
You fell on the roof with a thud as he dropped you. You could tell that was gonna leave a few bruises… You sat up and sighed as there was no way getting out of this. You couldn’t move your hands, and there was no way of running. Tears trickled down your face as you awaited your fate.
“Now, what am I gonna do with you…” He tapped his foot, thinking. “Oh yeah, your mask. Gotta take that thing off.” He bent down and pulled your black mask off of your face, revealing your tear stained cheeks. You looked down at the ground. “You’re… You’re just a kid.” Spider-Man mumbled.
“What does the mean?” You seethed, snapping your head up. He stood back up, and you could tell he was thinking deeply. Before you knew it, he reached and ripped his mask off, too. You were in awe to see a young boy, around your age. Not to mention… That boy was hot.
Your cheeks turned pink as he held eye contact with you. You were embarrassed for crying in front of him, but you were just so scared. “Look okay, I’m not a bad person…” You said quietly.
The boy sat down next to you. “Then why did you kill six people?”
You shook your head, as more tears began to form in your eyes. “They were hurting other people. A few I caught standing over a dead body… Or some poor girl screaming in the alleyway… I never wanted to hurt anyone, only protect them. I didn’t know how else to do it okay?” You pleaded.
The boy sighed. “Maybe Mr. Stark can help you, if you promise to be good…”
Your heart was beating in your chest, and you gulped. “I—Of course…” You murmured as he was staring at you.
The boy beamed at you, and you could tell he was hopeful for you. “I’ll call him right now, you can be like my partner or something! Your powers were awesome with the rock thingy and—” He stopped as he realized he was rambling. It really warmed your heart to see him believe in you and open up to you so quickly. “I’m Peter by the way!” He outstretched his hand, and then realized you were still webbed up. “Oh right… Sorry.”
You let out a small laugh despite the anxiety the situation caused you. You smiled a small, friendly smile and said, “I’m Y/N!”
