Tbh,, I never really thought abt them much bc in my hcs after defeating Plasma, they weren't as active in the league, like, they really just settled battling in the subway, so in this au, I think they'd just be equally devastated as everyone else

Bc yeah, Nate was familiar w Iris, Iris helped him throughout his journey, in my aus and hcs, she's kinda like a mentor to him throughout the events of bw2, and at the end, he left Kyurem w Drayden and Iris bc he knows they know how to handle it better than he does. Idk it'd be dope if that's Iris' role in Nate's life, bc I was a bit disappointed at how she doesn't have much in bw2 lmfao like yeah she's the champion now but it'd be dope if she really was a mentor type to the new trainers y'know

Anyways yeah, Nate would be vibing, I think he would regret now tho that he entrusted Kyurem w Iris, and Rosa and Hugh and even Roxy is there telling him that it wasn't his fault, bc neither of them knew what Iris' real plans were, Roxy even loks up to her before all this so she's also kinda vibing™ lmfao

They are terrified tho, they know Iris and her friends are powerful trainers, plus, hey have the old leader of Plasma on their side, together w all three dragons, if anything, they'd probs try to help out the champions and the remaining leaders and elites tho

But yeah yknow this got me thinking now cause even Cheren was a role model to them, a mentor too, and Hugh especially looked up to him bc ofc, Cheren had once fought Plasma, but now Cheren's w the former Plasma boss and he doesn't even know what to feel anymore, well,, he feels betrayed

It's absolutely hilarious to me how Crowley falls and all he gets is trauma and emotional repression but reverse Aziraphale just goes completely fucking feral. All that self control is just gone. No doubt he has a whole host of issues but man's finally out the abusive hell (ha) that is heaven and he is living it like amnesiac Gabriel. I like to think he still has the bookshop but it's like dark academia/witchy vibes. It's still wildly cozy but like in a this-buildings-definitely-haunted-but-the-ghosts-are-chill kinda way. The Bentley is yellow now I don't make the rules. Crowleys plants are thriving. He can speak to the ducks bcs angel things and it is great and somewhat concerning. Az personally punches Gabriel after Gabriel says something stupid to Crowley. Let Az be violent for his eldritch wife/husband/partner/being-beyond-mortal-ken (I didn't realize how weird of a phase that was until I wrote it out)

LOOK yes. But also, in my mind Aziraphale doesn’t have a bookshop, however he still loves books. He goes all over the country tracking down rare books and taking them from people who don’t look after them properly lmfao

he lives in a shitty caravan in the car park of Crowley’s plant shop. Crowley hates selling his plants. He is just as adverse to making a sale as canonical aziraphale is, but is happy to find a pretty bouquet for a lover who comes to him looking for advice.

(The Bentley is still Crowley’s. He has it as white. Aziraphale turns it to black and he goes “noooooo switch it back :(“ it’s constantly changing colour like the fucking sleeping beauty dress lol)

We haven't interacted much yet, but Ren has to be, without a doubt, easily one of my favorite interpretations/portrayals I've seen of him. THIS  IS  SO  SWEET!  😭i  think  i've  probably  mentioned  it  before,  but  scaramouche  was  the  entire  reason  why  i  started  playing  genshin  to  begin  with.  (  fellow  scara  enjoyer  —  excellent  taste,  i  am  shaking  your  hand.  )  i've  always  just  thought  he  was  neat  and  really  entertaining  to  watch,  even  when  we  only  had  a  grand  total  of  six  minutes  of  screentime  to  go  off  of.  i  actually  forced  myself  to  stop  writing  him  for  a  really  long  time  because  i  would  come  up  with  a  ton  of  ideas,  only  to  have  them  all  totally  ruined  six  months  later  when  we  got  a  new  crumb  of  lore.  after  a  while,  i  decided  i  would  only  write  him  again  once  he  was  actually  confirmed  playable  and  we  finally  knew  what  his  entire  deal  was  because  i  love!  coming  up  with  super  detailed  headcanons!  character  analysis  is  one  of  my  favorite  things  about  writing.  i'm  just  endlessly  fascinated  by  taking  what  canon  has  dropped  in  my  lap  and  reverse-engineering  it  to  figure  out  how  a  particular  muse  ticks.

and  ren  has  been  SUCH  a  fun  muse!  i've  written  on  tumblr  for  an  embarrassingly  long  time,  but  i  can't  recall  ever  having  this  degree  of  brainrot  for  a  single  character  before.  even  after  a  whole  year  of  this  blog,  i  still  feel  super  excited  whenever  i  know  i  have  a  bunch  of  drafts  or  asks  to  get  to  because  i  just  really  love  writing  him!  and  there  are  so  many  talented  people  here  that  i  feel  so  fortunate  to  write  with  —  milla  is  most  definitely  one  of  them.  (  honestly,  they  deserve  endless  praise  in  their  own  right. they're just as passionate about kazuha AND they tolerate my brainrot SKVSK  )  writing  kazuren  has  been  a  blast,  and  i'm  so  so  excited  to  see  where  they  go  from  here.

feeling very inspired by a fic i read some years ago where the Good Hunter got isekai'd into dark souls ii and naturally fell into a romance with the Bearer of the Curse.

now. my Bloodborne oc is a shy little gayboy (huge muscular man who is a shy scared doggy). and my Dark Souls oc is somewhat waifish and a despondent heartbroken shell of a man.

the power imbalance is perfectly logical but it still inverts typical fandom gender roles. the almost effeminate Matthias wielding all the power that comes from experiencing the horrors of a world on the brink of death, being burned to cinders and being revived to do it again... and the large, burly Günther being his frightened prisoner, a stranger to this land who has no idea how he got here

im actually completely overstating matthias' unmanliness lmfao. hes more of just a normal dude. but when set against Günther, enormous axe-wielder... you know how fandom yaoi brainrot is.

yknow because. usually john dark souls is the burly tough masculine one and usually the good hunter is like. practically androgynous. its a whole thing. reversing that expectation amuses me greatly and i didnt even realize i had done that till now

sdjgdjs i’ve only ever watched cringe dramas if the man is good looking (but like only clips in this case) or i need to make fun of it with my friends . i like to indulge in horror when i’m anxious bc it somehow makes it better like 😭 at least i have it better than THOSE guys lmfao <3 but also i don’t like heavy gore ahaha. 

some parts of the aib live action i liked WAY better especially bc the actors did so incredibly well portraying the characters (and the 7 of hearts game... bye i took so long coming to terms with it it’s WAY more emotional in the live) and i liked the first game (different in the manga) way more in the live. as for the manga i HATE the ending but also the manga introduces side characters and their stories and i really like that about it! the whole tunnel distance game was actually a side story in the manga and i kind of don’t like them centering the plot too much around arisu (but .. also.. it’s yamazaki kento... and i like that man too much for my dignity..) and also.... i don’t like how they left niragi and aguni’s status undisclosed like that??? like [LIGHT MANGA SPOILERS] they play a very key role in the manga so ?!?! i just hope s2 turns out well netflix i am begging u

SDHSJD so far lookbook-yn is way more confident and assertive than runway-yn but more in a.. himbo-like way LOL if that makes sense. runway-yn was kind of self conscious and fueled by passion and the need to stand out in their field of work but this yn is more comedic i think lol!! she’s kind of critical and clever in her own way but also she will confidently tell u the wrong directions to the nearest grocery store if u ask bc she thought she knew </3
