12th December Food Diary Breakfast: Porridge, small portion of milk, sugar Lunch: Bagel, oatmeal biscuit, banana, strawberry and banana smoothie Dinner: Ravioli Snacks: 2 extra oatmeal biscuits, packet of mints 
Exercise completed: None today, won't be starting until Wednesday, all of my gear is at home and I'm at University. I come home for Christmas tomorrow.  
Weight: 135llbs 
Goal: 120llbs. ->112llbs. 
Thoughts: Binged today. Totally the worst thing to do. Good thing I definitely have some form of exercise planned for tomorrow and won't be eating as much as I'm going home. Keep marching on Alice.
