Recently when i began to write fanfiction again i found myself having a really good time and then i felt something i hadn't felt for years. It took me a little while but i recognized it was the same feeling i had when i was a child playing with dolls (or any objects to be honest). Figuring this out was so freeing because the feeling i had when writing previously was more akin to presenting a show. But right now, when i imagine myself swinging the characters i like back and forth like dolls, i am the show is only for me.

Also it makes me feel more at ease and a lot more silly. Like i am kind enough to share the awesome story i made with these two dolls, some duct tape and a toothpick.

#also after i realized that i tried playing like that one more time #i picked up the shampoo bottle and i swear that the first thing that came to my mind was the council of the shampoo sending me an envoy #to share their concerns #the shampoo told me not to believe the conditioner #“he is a master manipulator and every word that comes out of his mouth could be a lie”#the soap was the court magician and he said to use canditioner as a double spy #i felt so unhinged but i swear i am normal #i mean why should we stop playing like this after a certain age??#i had a blast thinking about what kind of stuff would a conditioner bottle even lie about #would it be something dumb like “i will condition your frizzy hair” or would it be related to the plot?#anyway #i swear i am not crazy #this is just fun
