I'm a little surprised Jikook haven't come on live to explain away their enlistment. I kinda been expecting it, cause they know all eyes are on them considering their sus behavior over the years and what this means for them. Then again, I hope they don't even speak on it, cause they earned this big fuck you to the world and shouldn't have to explain shit. I would love that Jikook live before they leave. I don't even need to see them flirt. I just wanna see them happy before leaving. I'm gonna miss them so much, but especially Jimin. I'm sorry, but he owns my heart and I am petrified for him. Hmmm. I don't know about that. I think even though they all started with concepts they discarded any company assigned roles for them some where along the line because it didn't suit them and they couldn't keep up with it.

With Vmin I used to think if those two weren't good friends they could be the biggest frenemies on earth and their dynamic would be predisposed to envy and jealousy, unnecessary competition and drama. We don't say this out loud but I think we all can sense it.

Deep down I think they both know this too.

I think it's why they put in so much effort internally and externally to prevent that from happening to them. You should watch a video of Taehyung crying on stage and pouring out his heart because Jimin was there for him in one of the most difficult moments of his life when his grandma passed.

If that confession was staged and faked i'm sorry he is going straight to the pits of hell. And I don't know the metrics for determining the authenticity of their friendship but to me the mere fact that Tae goes to Jimin for emotional support at his lowest and is willing to share his vulnerability with Jimin when he's scared of ghosts in the middle of the night or ask of him the first thing in the morning when he wakes up in soop is a sign of lowered emotional boundaries on his part and you dont lower your walls unless you feel safe to do so around someone- give him an Oscar he certainly fooled me had me believing he liked him so much he might have developed actual gay feelings for him somewhere along the line. Best actor award for him them. Shooketh to my core.

People wanna hype Tae Kook and Taejin but I'm sorry this man will run to Jimin in a heart beat when he needs tender loving and care. Tae kook who. You think JK will sit on a couch and let Tae sob into his laps while he caresses his hair?

Like Jimin and Jhope, Tae is actually very warm at his core.

If you want people JM allows himself to be vulnerable with V is on top of the list, followed by Hobi and V. It all depends on who you think he spends most of his time around and since he used to spend a lot of time around Jungkook we have a tendency to place Kook on top of his list simply because they have more vulnerable moments together. But there are certain things he shares with Tae and even Hobi that he doesn't share with Jungkook first.

And sometimes Jungkook is not the one he reaches out to first when he needs emotional support. And I reckon he has other friends he keeps private and we don't know what he does with those. Similarly Tae has other friends and isn't really private about those friendships like Jimin.

All that comes to play and at the end of the day whether or not you think their friendship is genuine depends on your definition of friendship.

From personal experience, I had friends whom I loved dearly and deeply and to some extent I still do but want nothing to do with them. In fact, I will fly to Mars on a strawmat just to get away from them. Because while I was busy loving them from my heart they let envy and jealousy sip in and I didn't realize till they did the most damage to me.

These days I tell the few friends I have, let's talk about it. It's okay if you're Jealous of me. I won't hate you for it. It's okay if I feel envious of you too just as long as we are not acting on these feelings and we talk about it and not let it push us to sabotage eachother and hurt each other. Jealousy and envy are human weaknesses. It's usually a sign we've been victims of injustices and unfair treatments on cosmic levels. Life isn't fair and some of us will be dealt the short end of the stick. As long as those with the longer sticks are compassionate and not condescending we can all learn to heal.

I feel that's what people don't understand about BTS or even about Vmin. It's not as if they don't know all these things, it's not as if they don't see some are loved more by fans or the company or that some are blessed or that some are slacking- they deal with it.

They help each other deal with it. And that is the strength of Vmin.

You don't think it's ironical Vmin have a vmin letter and years later Jikook develop a letter too mirroring the concept of vmin's letters?

I don't know.

May be I'm just too optimistic and a bit naive I must say and yall see something I don't see. But to me it's not about the ghettoness between them, it's about the way they process these negative feelings and deal with them when they arise.

Someone mentioned Tae complaining about JM stealing the spotlight, but what did JM say right after? He said to Tae you could have come to me to talk to me about this. Look how nurturing that is. He says he values communication and as a Libra myself I can't stress how much important I feel communication is.

I don't know. I love their dynamic. I think their relationship isn't all rainbows and sunshine but a lot of work has gone into it. And there is still more room for improvement. They've come this far so why not see it through to the end.

They should keep being mindful and intentional about their relationship. It's THEE VMIN. Things will work out.

Sorry in advance for this long ask.

So I've noticed with kpop that most of them just go with whatever the hype or narrative fed to them is. This includes the fans or even the groups themselves.

No matter how annoying ARMYs are, I actually feel they do this slightly less than the core kpop stans because so many armys start off as locals but still within the BTS nexus also we have so many dumb narratives that just get baked into the fandom. VMin being soulmates, Jungkook being the golden maknae, Bighit being 'different' from other KPop labels, Jimin being the king of fanservice, Namjoon and Yoongi being the best at rap (so presumably over Hobi) - all this is just bs with little basis in reality. Within kpop, things are even worse imo - literally sometimes it feels like they don't listen to songs, they just decide whether things are good based on concepts or vibes or some superficial crap like that.

Anyway, so the Jungkook is the golden maknae thing, the one who will breakout narrative has been pushed for ages. The reality is that the entire maknae line is somewhat recognised among the GP and pretty popular overall. If Like Crazy had the same push as Seven, it would have done the same or better. But for better or worse, JK is the chosen one. And the reason JK acts so bratty is because he knows this too. At his core I don't think JK is a bad guy but being positioned as "the one" for years and then being actively told so by 🛴 and Bang PD now has just fueled his negative traits. The latent bratty and cocky vibes just went up exponentially during the seven promo.

I also think JK got the gist of what fans were saying about his interviews and BB Hot #1 acceptance from last week and perhaps about the preferential treatment because this week he's been doing a lot of damage control. Oh I'm so surprised I won Mnet, omg you guys I /never/ expected to win Inkigayo. He acted so weird for BB #1 but suddenly he's back to good ol' humble Jungkook. Suddenly Jimin's commenting on his lives. Tae's coming to visit him at the music show. Look how happy the members are for his success everyone. Meanwhile JK does multiple lives almost everyday this week. Seems like he's going overdrive cleaning up all the missteps from last week.

Jimin is starting to piss me tf off as well. Who keeps laughing while they are getting whipped and humiliated? A fool. He wasn't always like this but I think Bighit's harsh contract and the other members gaslighting him with fake concern and love have trapped Jimin into this zombie puppet state. I just wish he leaves Bighit. They don't care about him. They care about their chosen golden maknae and he knows it but he stays there like a fool. The mistreatment has been going on for a long time so he could have left years ago before Bighit became this powerful Hybe but he chose to spend his time drinking and being unmotivated. Although I also think its the company's fault for not motivating him. Maybe he has PTSD that Hybe is using to manipulate his behavior, in addition to his harsh contract, and that's why he played along with JK on lives to do fanservice.

Anyway, I'm not sure what's happened in the last week for me to be receiving the barrage of weird asks I've been getting. Did one of you suddenly stumble on my blog and send it around a GC or something? Jung Kook got #1 on the Billboard Hot100 last week but it's not like it was unexpected. I mean, I did say shortly after Jimin's achievement in early April that others in the maknae-line will possibly achieve a Hot 100 too, and that was before we knew Seven was coming, that it was an English release that would get the PET treatment, that D2C sales were banned and Hybe America got involved meaning it would get even more support. So, that can't be the reason y'all are this animated. Really, nothing unexpected has happened so I don't understand why y'all are so agitated you've taken a liking to my inbox recently.

Anon, I have nothing to tell you except that if you had any self-awareness, you'd realize what's happening to you and take a clean break away from everything k-pop for a good long while. I've been wondering something. Ok, so you know how Jk is always debunking tkkr stuff, right? But it seems like Jimin doesn't debunk yoonmin. In fact, yoonminers are thriving right now lol

Like if Tae or Jk talked about each other as much as Jimin talks about Suga, the shippers would explode. Or like how Jimin is participating with Yoongi in his promo stuff like the thing that Yoongi uploaded today where Jimin is scolding him. Or Jimin naming is mossball Suga. Just little random mentions.

If Jk or Tae did that in their stuff, Jikookers would be going insane. But literally no one is talking about yoonmin lol except yoonminers (and me, I guess).

I just don't get why Jimin talks about Yoongi all the time (like Tae does with Jk) except that Jimin is actively participating in stuff with Yoongi often, and not just name dropping like Tae does.

I hope this makes sense. It was hard to sort my thoughts out.

You need to understand one thing first. At first, most Yoonminers were Tkkrs because they needed somewhere to shove Jimin. Right? To keep him away from JK?? But Jikook continued to Jikook and so they became Jimin antis. You know how we call Jhope the Jikook president? Well, they used to call Jimin their president 😂😂

But now they loath him because they see what we see: JK's love and treatment for Jimin is way more and way different than that of any other member. Than that of V. So now I do think the majority of Yoonminers left are genuine ones. I mean they're wrong, they're always gonna be wrong...but I don't blame them for thinking Yoonmin is real.

As we have stated before many times, Suga is one sus mofo, alright? It is what it is.

Jikookers let me call u out for a second here while we are on the topic of name dropping, can we talk about the fact that Suga name drops Jimin ALL THE TIME and no one ever bats an eye? But wait until V name drops JK and all hell breaks loose

But okay, fine I get it. Tkkrs are pieces of shit who attack Jimin for the smallest things so u would rather V not do the thing. But, for all we know JK could be V's favourite member, right?

But yes, Jimin does adore Suga, that much is clear. But....don’t forget, he adores other members too. Yes, Suga is his favourite rapper, yes, his favourite line out of all BTS songs is by Suga (JK was the only one who knew this btw) Yes, his Nevermind tattoo is from a verse by Suga, yes, he named his mosball Suga, and the list goes on. (Ps- Jimin appearing in Suga's skit while I'm sure both parties were down for it, it was the company's idea. So that doesn't count) But u won't catch Jimin treating Suga any different than he treats any other member. To add to this I'll post a screenshot of my friend who puts it perfectly

i.e: -Anyone with eyes can see Jimin is way closer to JK and Jhope than he is to Suga. -There's nothing for Jimin to debunk because Suga when he name drops Jimin he's not insinuating...well, things. And he tells it like it is. He doesn't exergerrate.

-Jimin treats Suga like he does other members.

-Jikookers have way more logic than the vermin and use their brains how they're supposed to; To think. And be smart.

Would probably be super comfortable around jimin too , they're sparring buddies along with jungkook and tae . Bickers with jin , yet knows he always has his back . Jungkook and jin help bring out his inner child , he just goofs around with them .

Gym buddies with jungkook and namjoon . Probably take shirtless pictures of each other so they can post thirst traps later . Namjoon and jin know that just as he is playful and flirtatious,  he is level headed and protective of his people at his core , that he is just as determined and intense as he is mischievious and unserious . Loves teasing yoongi to try and get a rise out of him , never works because yoongi dotes on him just like he does with the maknae line .Him and hobi makes bracelets together for the specialists and the members . At first intrigued by yoongi's subtle yet domineering aura , quickly become best buddies . Yoongi understand riven's traumatic past , riven sees yoongi as someone who has truly fought to overcome all of their scars , sees him as someone like him . Makes him want to work on himself . Yoongi constantly tries to make riven not see himself as someone who is a burden to other people as a result of his past experiences , or like all of his issues will always weigh down on every relationship in his life . Helps riven learn how to communicate his feelings better with the people around him . Bickering . Chilling in the studio . Ever the poet , has complex discussions about literature and art pieces with namjoon for hours . Always looks for translations of their songs . Talks about his interpretations to joon and yoongi . Him and joon go on museum dates . Him and taehyung listen to their favorite jazz songs together. They have inside jokes that no one else knows about .often paint together . Teaches him tricks with his laser string glove , that taehyung often tries to use on the members and him . Is around jimin very often too because he just finds his presence very easy going . Asks for fashion advice from vmin and hobi before his dates with flora . Talks about his future and everything he's afraid of with jimin , while he patiently listens and gives out advice whenever needed .They Have discussions about the patriarchy with namjoon while they water their plants .

Timmy

The members think he's the coolest person ever even though he often thinks otherwise . Jungkook tries to get him to teach him how to hack into company intercoms just so he can blast the winx theme song . Is Timmy's hypeman . Talks to yoongi for hours about literally the most random shit in the world , because their stash of random useless ( is it though ? ) information is endless . They go from weinscoting to what is the purpose of my existance in the span of 2 minutes . Thinks jin is the funniest person in the world . Jin makes another dad joke while he is trying to recover from the first one , and timmy doesnt know what to do with himself . Jin teaches him how to cook , is impressed at how surprisingly good timmy is . They talk about their day over a glass of beer and chicken . Admires the fact that jin glosses over his emotions just to light up the room and make everyone laugh . Play video games together for hours , goes fishing with yoonjin and ends up vomiting on the way back because he got seasick.

Nabu

Him and namjoon are basically the same person but in different fonts . Consistently play fights with jungkook , gets nabu to throw him in the air just so he can do a backflip . Chaotic cuties . When they're around everyone is either laughing or yelling at them because they're about to blow something up . Jungkook takes nabu to get new tattoos , nabu teaches jungkook tricks he learnt on andros. Karaoke but its them just screaming the lyrics. Sometimes it's just nabu silently enjoying jungkook serenading him , showers him with praise after because he knows how much it means to jungkook . Can let their guard down with each other , exchanging advice whenever needed . Sibling dynamic . Constantly looking out for each other . Protective. Him and hobi take dance lessons together . Him jin and jungkook end up doing girl group choreographies together , brandon eventually joins in . Woodcarving with yoongi and helia .

Seasons Greetings 2021

My thoughts and commentary as I watch Seasons Greetings 2021! There is only the one making DVD in this package, just 93 minutes long. The other part of this was just the photobook and extra merch. Reminder that these are just my thoughts, it's not very organized. You get me typing it out as I go like I'm reacting to a friend. Somewhat like a bullet point format in a way. Here we go! This package was filmed in the beginning of September of 2020, they mention it at the end of the package. You can watch the full SG21 on YouTube here.

The DVD opens with Jimin for his first individual shoot all dressed up in his track suit, bag and scarf wrapped around his head looking all cute. Lol I swear only he can make that look cool I feel like. What an outfit. JK walking by for his shoot up next and seeing Jimin all dressed up and absolutely MELTING out of his tough guy persona he had on. Lmfao he completely melted at Jimin's cuteness and that chin tap and smile as he passed Jimin. And Jimins blush. God now IM melting. 🥰😍😍

JK looked like such a badass. I loved the yellow umbrella addition too! The way they all dressed in styles they picked out themselves is so cute. Jin looked like a whole baddie. I love glasses on him honestly. Hobi looking super hip! It suits him so well. I love that we got a jikook2seok unit shoot here too. I adore so much that the outfit Yoongi oicked for himself was total Hobi-core type of a look. And it SUITS HIM. Tae has never met a style he couldn't pull off and Namjoons HAIR is killing me. I love it. He looks so cool. The whole concept for the entirety of the Seasons Greetings was strangers to Seoul. I love it. The group shoot is so funny too. Jinkook immediately competing in billiards but in the silliest ways they can. "Jungkook and I used to play like this all the time." Photos of them playing pool, Jimin nailing his shoot in the game and immediately turning to get high fives from JK who is already there ready to give them! Jimin being the world's best person and being so kind when teaching Namjoon and Hobi how to play too. The vmin handshake and JK trying to join in on it too lmao. Jikook were very much so staying near each other through the whole billiards shoot for the most part. It was cute! Then all going for a group photoshoot at a bar too! JK pouring Jimins drinks so casually. Lol and they all look so good even in these intense outfits! Everyone dancing around to Dynamite, JK pulling Jimin into him by his TIE. Lol okay sir. 3J in the back pulling goofy thumbs up poses. And everyone gathering for a drink pretending to be strangers for real 🤣

They then introduced themselves and their profiles they created for the "strangers" they were all playing as they were new to Seoul. We have Illgok-dong Bounce Hobi, Soccer King Jimin, Busan Man JK, Dokgo Mint Chocolate RM, BTS-dong Grasshopper V, Tuna Flavored Cucumber Jin, Taejeon-dong Shooting Guard Suga. And they all explained their names and created the rest of their backgrounds and about me boards for their character. Lol my favorite being that Tae created a whole rivalry between his character and Jhope's 🤣 Jikook both putting "myself" as their characters role model. Lol and I legit need Jin to write a book. They then also of course fill out their 2020 board as themselves too!

And then we kick off some unit shoots in New outfits! Starting off with the iconic jikook shoot in their matching denim fits. Oof the moments from this shoot were sooooo good. It's all the giggles shared. It's the way JK was checking out Jimin from behind when they were posing. Lol (gif below) or how he kept peeking over at Jimin and copying his poses too (hyungs copycat). It's Jimin feeding JK his pizza aggressively lol. It's the way Jimin leaned in real close and JK stopped chewing and looked down at Jimins lips instead 👀 (2nd gif in the post). And the way they sat so close decorating those their shoes and kept sneaking glances at each other too. 😭 my heart. My loves. JK showing off his shoe to Jimin for praise. Jimin decorating his shoe with Young Forever on one side (a song that means a lot of him) and Jeon Jungkook with a silly emoji on the other side! And scolding JK lightly when he didn't stop drawing after that section of the shoot was over lol. They are so special. And the editors teasing them too. Lol "what's something that Jungkook, whose good at everything, finds difficult? Holding in his laughter while looking at Jimin." They just make each other so happy. Jimin talking about how its the end of Day 1 shooting for them now. How they started super early at 7am. JK interrupts saying no, at 3am. And Jimin just goes, no that was in your dreams. It was 7am. Lol he said they (him and JK) came first and are leaving last. JK said their concept was 2 friends who came from Busan together. Lmao flirty vibes for these friends in this shoot!

Namjin had the next unit with the concept two lonely men in the city. They look AMAZING. Jin asking Joon if he wants to have dinner together that night 🥺 Joonie bragging about getting his individual shoot done first and Jin just going "we have to leave at the same time anyway." Lmao and Joon flirting at the end! Lmao the way he said ARMY would like it (Jins outfit) and showed off more of Jins chest. Jin asking if Joon would hang out with him if he dressed like this everyday and RM just saying that he would pass out and that he would hang out, but wouldn't talk to him 👀🤣🤣🤣 Jin going "stop right there" lmfao dying. He is so funny sometimes with the out of pocket compliments like that. TaeGiSeok were the last unit and also did a lonely man concept together. They looked so good! I loved the talks about how they did feel lonely for real when they all first got to Seoul but they love it now. And Hobi complimenting Yoongi on his hair extensions!

Everyone getting ready for Day 2 shooting and we've got Yoongi on the guitar and Jimin cutely falling asleep in his chair 🥺🥺 Finishing up their solo shoots, Jinkook bickering and kicking each other on their way over to Suga for their unit shoot with him 😂 it's CONSTANT with them. The way Yoongi rubs JKs back 🥺🥺 and all 3 voting Suga as the best dressed! The 94z did a unit shoot! And idk if Hobi can get through a shoot with these guys without grabbing their chests! Lol "when did you get so bulked up?" He says while holding a handful of Joon chest. 🤣 they were so cute though. And after that they did an OT7 group shoot as well! The reminiscing over shooting the RUN MV here too! Lol and Yoongi so sweetly rubbing Tae's back. Those are his babies yall 😭 and lastly, we got the vmin unit shoot! The red and green outfits and matching curly blond hair was so cute. The editors calling them out on their mischief was cute too. Lol the way Tae wouldn't stop telling Jimin he likes him 🤣 "I like you" he says over and over while Jimin keeps knocking his hands away. Lol and the way Tae held Jimin when they talked at the end was so soft too. Cuties. The way everyone shared memories of when they ACTUALLY first came to Seoul was amazing. I loved hearing their stories!

They did another group shoot on bus 613 🥺 and were all so cute. Jimin pretending to fall asleep almost on Yoongis shoulder and leaning across the aisle to mess with Hobi. Tae legitimately falling asleep against the window breifly. Lol Tae trying to hold Jins hand and Jin going "nope" 🤣 and Tae accidentally breaking the bus hand rail thing! Oops, but the way Joon tattles on him, please 😭🤣

And they end the day all gathering together to talk with MC Jungkook! JK says 2021 is the year of the cow, which is why he got to be MC, which Jimin reminds us all that JK was born in the year of the cow. Lol they introduced their characters as well as their journals. Namjoons was super cute. Everyone giggled. Hobi found it right up his sense of humor. Jin joked about saying the needed to end their friendship since he hates mint chocolate and that's who Joon based his character on 😂

Jimin introducing his character. Who he said was from Seoul and JK going "oh? Busan??" when Jimin spoke with a slight Busan accent by accident. Lol Yoongi keeps teasing him too! The bickering duo. And Tae commenting on his small fingers. Lol no one letting Jimin breathe!

Yoongi making everyone laugh by saying his character was Korean American and only just started learning Korean as a language. Lol and asking Joon for help on some english words to throw in his introduction too. 🤣 I love him. And of course, Jimin has to tease him back and tells him to read his journal in English only 😂

JK with his Busan Man character. Lol Tae teasing that it sounds just like that Jungkook guy from BTS when he said his motto is what's yours is mine and what's mine is mine. And that he likes wearing black and drinking milk and that his personality is teenage angst. 🤣 lmao JK coming to Seoul from Busan with some teenage angst? Don't we all 🤣 and everyone started to tease him for speaking half informally through his character introduction. And Tae's comment on JKs character journal "I hope you grow out of your teenage angst." Lmfao!

Tae was so excited to share his. His characters personality is just "violent." Lol Tae sharing his dream is to take down his rival (Jhope) and Hobi being so confused about being in a rivalry he had no idea about 😂 and yet Bounce (Jhope) is also his role model. What a complicated relationship they must have 🤣

Jhope introduced his character Bounce with a bright but introverted personality. Tae interjecting more details into Hobis story to make theirs match better. Lol I love the overlap. His character was mostly just excited to dance and for the world cup!

And lastly Jin, whose character is a Cucumber. Lol with a whole backstory about how the Cucumber became Tuna Flavored. The editors saying his journal reads like a children's book, I AGREE EDITORS. Joons comment was "I don't like Cucumbers." Lol the savagery 😭🤣

JK brings them back around. Back to being BTS members as themselves for the next round! They did a relay journal entry for the future. Starting the journal was Jhope who picked the title "they are back together" and the year 2040, along with a starting point for the journal entry. The order for writing the journal went Hobi, Jimin, Suga, JK, Jin, Namjoon and ending with Tae. Lol the absolute chaos of this story and everyone's laughter and jokes as Tae reads out the whole thing. Amazing.

They moved onto their journals looking back on the year 2020 next. Jin rated his year at an 85 so far since he is happy with how he is living his life. Jhope rated 2020 at 77, since it feels like a lucky number. Tae telling us we would get his mixtape in 2021. Lol unfortunately we did not. He rated the year 80 for his good efforts and for getting billboard number 1. JK was dubbed the planning king of BTS for all his plans he wanted to do. Lol but also the quitting king of BTS. 😭🤣 The teasing never stops. He rated his year a 55 since he did half of what he originally planed, plus 5 points for billboard lol. Suga is the planning king of BTS as well, and he did all his plans except study English. He rated his year 72, with room to grow since the year wasn't over yet. Jimin shared his based off BTS plans in general. Taekook goofing off while Jimin was talking and got scolded 😅🤣 Jimin gave his year a rating of 85. RM said one of his plans was to workout. Cue all the immediate compliments from the members and yoonmin immediately feeling up his strong biceps and making Joon all flustered. Lol he gave his year a 78 in hopes to make it higher before the year ended too.

JK brings us back around by reading off what their goals were in the last seasons greetings for the year 2020. RMs was to be preform at Grammys or be nominated for music and work on lots of songs. Jins was to perform in lots of countries and go fishing with the members. Suga's was to perform at the Grammys and travel the world. Jhope's was to set aside exhausting thoughts and appreciating and enjoying every moment. Everyone asking if he was appreciating every moment and Tae goes "you appreciate me?" He is so cute. Lol Hobi going "yes, I appreciate all of you. All... 7 of you." While patting Tae and Jin so sweetly. And Tae just going, I didn't ask about everyone. I asked about me. 🤣🤣 lol Hobi going "of course I appreciate Taehyung" while laughing. Jimins was to keep their relationship with ARMY. Vs was that he wants to be a passionate person, work on lots of songs and gaming experience. He wants to play the violin and take many pictures and travel with the members. Everyone giggling at his many goals. Jimin praising him for working hard on his songs and lots of other things too. Hobi telling him he worked hard. JK saying that he did at least play the violin once and did a good job learning many things that year. 🥺🥺 they are so supportive. I swear. JKs goal was that since he can't stick to one thing for a long time, he wants to try many things out in 2020. Jimin immediately saying he did exactly that. Everyone chiming in with agreements and Tae returning the exact same head pat and compliment JK gave him. Lol they are so cute.

And we end it off for the day with their goals for 2021. In one word if possible. Lol starting with Jin. Whose goal is "tour, health." Jhope says concert. Tae says ARMY. JK says responsibility. Suga says tour. Jimin also says Tour. And RM says Grammys, more specifically, RM wants to be nominated and perform at the Grammys.

And the DVD ends with the last day of shooting on day 3 on the railroad tracks. And we get the cutest unit of miniminimoni 🥺 RM copying Jimins hat pose. The 3 of them playing with butterfly nets. Joon actually goes and catches a dragonfly with it and shows it off to the staff and Jimin all excited! And NamGi going off on a small tangent about Jin not knowing what the countryside looks like 😅 he isn't even there to defend himself from the teasing! Vhope doing the cutest unit with bikes as their props too. Looking so precious. JinKook starts their unit shoot off by hitting each other, of course 🤣 and playing with cows and puppies and spiders. And photobombing each other. Lol why are they like this? 🥰🤣 they were just so goofy. Even before the other members all joined for the group photos. Lol I love their energy.

The ending mentions were sweet. JK saying that bugs don't scare him anymore after ITS. Lol and Jimin going "they still scare me!" And JK just pointing at him like, "I got you" vibes. And then yoonmin complaining about their bug bites. BTS ended their DVD with happy new years wishes and a full bow. I love them all so much. I swear. Thanks for letting me share!

We know that suga used to adore jm and was close back in the days but at some point they get distant from each other, then we see them latly close again being paired up most of the time and suga tries to complement jm a lot, do you think that they hade some issues in the past and know they're working on their friendship?

Yoonmin are not the naturally gravitating towards each other duo in the group. Doesn't mean they have bad blood. But when you have Jikook constantly sitting together gravitating towards eachother it leaves no room for them to be seen with other people.

Sometimes its necessary the company steps in to pair members up if not we wouldn't get a single content on certain ships- AT ALL.

Curating ships by the company is an affirmative action and a way to guarantee equitable distribution else that's when they get accused of playing favoritism. That's when certain ships state complaining the company is hiding their ship content blah blah blah BORING.

And I think Jimin lowkey is aware of this so sometimes he tries. He tries to make time. Sit apart from Jungkook. Interact with other members lest they start complaining they've missed him etc.

When Jikook are "forced apart" most times they are on board with it- JM is. Jungkook don't give a fuck. No need to draw unnecessary attention to them or have people asking unnecessary questions like why yall two always together, why don't you hang out with this person or that person also.

Like how recently JM said he was gonna come fo a live with V and suddenly everyone is like do one with JK too, Suga too- then he's like I'll bring everybody. Jungkook would up said straight up he's gone what he's gone do.

Jimin have always looked up to Suga within the group because he respects the man Suga is at his core. Suga gives sound advice and he's been a constant source of inspiration and encouragement- Jimin I really blessed.

Yoonmin isn't Vmin and so we don't expect the same level of vulnerability and intimacy that's the signature of Vmin in Yoonmin. That would be like comparing apples and oranges.

But there is a vulnerability to them in the way Suga being a senior takes care of this younger one. Or even in the way Jimin brings himself to take his nurturing and his advice.

Jimin is irreplaceable. He has the best voice among the singers or so Yoongi believes. And that's just the thing with them, Suga believes in the potential of Jimin just as Jimin believes in the potential of Jungkook. In a way those two ships can be very similar if you want to take the bangtan hyung/dongsaeng relationship dynamics as an equation.

I'd say Suga is the best hyung in the group in terms of his relationship with the younger ones and Jimin will come second to him- seen in his relationship with Jungkook. And if you want to take his relationship with the hyungs into consideration too💀

Hobi is great too but I don't see him mentoring the boys the way Suga or Namjoon does. Yet he is best at nurturing them and catering to their emotional needs. However you are not about to catch him taking anyone out to the bar to bond as per ethnic male culture or masculine traditions.

Hi BPP, i know that i probably shouldn’t be asking you this but right now you are the only blogger i know who might be able to explain this to me in a way that make sense.

So i’m kinda new to the fandom (January 2023) but i’ve been able to watch loads of clips and pretty much caught up to speed with alot of content. I’m not a shipper but i were to ship anyone, I’d probably ship Vmin because they are my favourite members and Jungkook comes right after the two of them on my scale of preference, but i have always thought Jk has an extremely special and sorta complicated relationship with Jimin. It really confuses me sometimes but i know that those two have a really beautiful bond. For Taekook, they have always been very easy for me to understand but while going through some blogs here on tumblr, i noticed that so many taekookers believe that taekook’s ITS talk was scripted. They think so because, apparently neither Jk or tae had ever looked or seemed distant or awkward around each other. They bring up examples of them napping together on ITS, still hanging around each other and even engaging in skinship. According to them, taekook wouldn’t do all these if they really were awkward and distant.

I personally think they are interpreting the whole thing wrong but a part of me wonders if they might have a point. I don’t see any reason why the company would make taekook act out something like that, which pretty much shows that they went through an awkward phase plus taekook seemed very genuine to me while they had the talk and ut didn’t seem like it was an act. So my question to you is, what are your thoughts about the ITS talk? Why do u think some pple continue to insist that it was scripted? I’m just trying to understand the whole thing cuz the different opinions i’ve read about it really confuses me. I don’t think there is anything going on with taekook ofcourse (it just wouldn’t make sense) but i think they are one of the closest pairs, and people tkkrs misinterpret their partners in crime dynamics for romance love. I could go into a rambling detailed breakdown of why Taekookers believe what they believe (their only option in this scenario is to believe the convo is scripted, their theories leave them no choice), or get into how taekook did drift apart and by how much, or talk about the inevitable angle of fan service, etc, but the truth is I really don't want to get into it.

I don't care enough about taekook or taekookers to dive into it, so I'll give you the abridged version.

The obvious counterpoint to their narrative is to ask why their villainization of Jimin skyrocketed in the years during which taekook supposedly 'didn't' drift apart. The times they hated him for jikook's Japan trip, the time they hated him for the fixed orbit situation jikook had in 2018, jikook in 2019 were a problem too. A huge problem for taekookers given they couldn't stop talking about how 'Jimin was working with the company to take Jungkook away from Taehyung while lying to Taehyung that it is to protect his relationship, so jikook + BTS + HYBE were fucking Taehyung over in his personal life and his career'. It riles me up just typing it out so imagine how insane these people are to believe this as a core creed 24/7. Anyhoo, they knew something was 'wrong' in a sense with taekook and that Jimin was involved somehow, and this is plainly evident in their well documented behaviour from 2016 - 2020. In my opinion. Do I think they're right and Jimin is the reason taekook were distant? No. I think whatever distance happened is due to taekook's own actions. But I also think it betrays an understanding in taekookers, that taekook had drifted apart.

What do I think about the ITS talk? I'm glad they had it. I like taekook and had missed seeing their dynamic. For anyone still not sure if they indeed drifted apart, if you can sense a general shift of more taekook content after that conversation than immediately before it, what does that tell you? The sort of rapport between them now is reminiscent of their closeness prior to 2016-ish, and in some ways better so that's good to see.
