One thing you can’t take away from the beer scene in 2018 is the creativity. Take this @magnifybrewing Strawberry Short Stack IPA. Strawberry purée, maple syrup, and two hops that are dominating the beer scene (Citra & Mosaic). Weird enough to work in a beer recipe or a waffle. Ridiculous brews at #nycbeerweek #openingbash. Truly an amazing time to be around beer of this quality. Every year, the Malone family has a guys weekend in the Adirondacks in late January. Whether it’s watching pond hockey, sharing stories and the hilarity that inevitably would follow, or drinking beer in the cabin by the fire, I feel so fortunate to make these memories each and every year with some men that I have immense respect for. Roughly 2 years ago, I picked up this baby in New Hampshire @stonefacebrewing. That weekend happened to be a polar vortex storm as we made our way to Maine. And although it was 60 degrees yesterday, this beer was still perfect for a random Wednesday night.
