Purfles

Purfles were a three member girl group under Crescendo Music that debuted in late 2014. Their name was derived from the English word "purfle" which means 'to decorate (something) with an ornamental border' - meaning Purfles would become singers who would decorate the music industry. There was never an official disbandment announcement, but the company website was shut down late 2016, so it is assumed they disbanded around the same time.

Park Geon Hee

Born May 18, 1990 in Ulsan, South Korea.

Trained at LOEN Entertainment for 3 years with members of FIESTAR & Melody Day before leaving to join Crescendo Music.

Appeared in the music video for IU's "You & I".

Previous back-up dancer for Heyne (soloist under Crescendo Music)

Studied at Kookmin University under the Department of Theater and Film.

Shin Eun Yong

Born August 20, 1991 in Suwon, South Korea.

Yang Woo Young

Born June 18, 1993 in South Korea.

Her parents were extremely against her becoming an idol, so she secretly worked part-time jobs to go to practical music academy for lessons prior to joining Crescendo Music.

Joined existing girl group Sunny Hill in October 2019 with their single NomNomNom.

Was believed to have left the group with member Eunju in 2021. All 4 members of Sunny Hill reunited after 2 years on October 29, 2022 at the Incheon Subongsan Festival.

Debuted as an independent solo artist under the stage name OIL in December 2019.

Left the entertainment industry after Purfles' disbandment and returned to civilian life.

After the absolute dumpster fire of Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter, I am returning to my humble 2000s roots here on Tumblr. It's been awhile, but I've come home.

Anyways, I can't promise I'll be very active on here, but I have grand plans of running this in tandem with my YouTube & TikTok channels. (Probably won't happen, but let's all be optimistic for a minute.)
