Purfles

Purfles were a three member girl group under Crescendo Music that debuted in late 2014. Their name was derived from the English word "purfle" which means 'to decorate (something) with an ornamental border' - meaning Purfles would become singers who would decorate the music industry. There was never an official disbandment announcement, but the company website was shut down late 2016, so it is assumed they disbanded around the same time.

Born May 18, 1990 in Ulsan, South Korea.

Trained at LOEN Entertainment for 3 years with members of FIESTAR & Melody Day before leaving to join Crescendo Music.

Appeared in the music video for IU's "You & I".

Previous back-up dancer for Heyne (soloist under Crescendo Music)

Studied at Kookmin University under the Department of Theater and Film.

Shin Eun Yong

Born August 20, 1991 in Suwon, South Korea.

Previous back-up dancer for Heyne (soloist under Crescendo Music)

Yang Woo Young

Born June 18, 1993 in South Korea.

Her parents were extremely against her becoming an idol, so she secretly worked part-time jobs to go to practical music academy for lessons prior to joining Crescendo Music.

When I talk about being seriously anti-competition I think this video is a great example of where I'm coming from.
