#anyways#the urge to delete all social media is very strong#itd be a dumb choice#cause Im a human who needs social interaction#but being perceived is difficult#and vocalizing needs is even harder#i honestly think i should get tested for bipolar again#cause it feels like i go through a few weeks of Extra Depression#then get so fed up with the results of it that I whiteknuckle force myself to Do Something#then its okay for like a week#and then im back#why cant i get the mania that makes me clean my house and not the kind that just ends up counteracting my chronic fatigue
